Great customer service
I ordered 3 of these for my kids for Christmas. After christmas the kids opened them and only 1 of 3 booted up. Realizing the operating system and games were on a removable SD card i swapped them around to troubleshoot if it was the console or the SD cards that were bad. I realized i had 2 bad SD cards. Due to the holiday break customer service response time was a bit laggy at first but when the situation was explained they said 2 new SD cards were on the way! After a week of travel from china the 2 new SD cards arrived and now all 3 consoles are in working condition!

Crappy product and buggy
Don’t buy doesn’t work well even on device number 2 . Constantly stuck at the boot screen out of the box. Do not recommend at all.

Well, what do I say? It’s pretty awesome. A small handheld that could accompany you on long flights or road trip. It has like 4000 games all the classics. I think I only saw two games that didn’t work but other than that no complaints the image processor is pretty quick joysticks and everything works and the screen quality and refresh rate as in acceptable range. It is well built and also allows you to update so no complaints two thumbs up.

Corrupted game console
Says comes with pre installed game, but that's not true. Game is corrupted and doesn't even load to startup. It just stays on black screen. DO NOT BUY!
