These dumbbells are great. They work exactly as described, and they seem very solid, which makes it seem as though they'll last a long time. I put them (and their trays) on a strong table that's hip height, which is essentially the same height as the top level of a dumbbell rack at the gym. Good purchase, and I'm now thinking about selling my eight pair of regular dumbbells.

These dumbbells are the way to go! My wife uses them everyday! I like that there’s basically 4 dumbbell sets in just one compact set so the Individual weights aren’t just all over the place ! Definitely great bang for your buck! Very easy to use!

I have debated on these for sometime. I work out in my offie sometimes for convenience. These are perfect to keep on hand and use. They are big, or longer than simple hand weights. But it wasn't an issue. I like the being able to adjust weight. And when I set one down to use the other alone, I can set it across the base easily on the floor, one edge on each plate base. So that was a plus!

These are great weights - I love how easy it is to change the weight sizes and it does work quickly. Although the shape makes them bulkier and a little more difficult to work with during certain strength training exercises such as dead bug with compression and sumo squats, the more you do them the less you notice it. I also love how compact and out of the way these are vs an entire set.

25 lbs per handle selectable for 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 each. Saves a time of space compared to the dumb bell set I used to have.Easy to quickly select weight and go. Place bell in tray where it depresses a tab allowing you to rotate the handle to select the weight. Lift and the unused weights stay put. Genius. Need to change weight? Place, twist, lift. I was a little worried that the size would be off putting but they work well and I have enjoyed being able to have my weights compact. The writing for the size works good for me, even though on the inside. Definitely recommend them!Handle grip is good and the holding tray is nice to have when not using them.

So far the dumbbells seem to be good and easy to adjust. I thought I had purchased the 55lb one originally. My family and I are content with these. I hope that they last us a long time.
