But since I’m pre-diabetic and watch my sugar intake, I started using a CGM monitor; and realized my glucose spiked every time I had it. That’s when I discovered how much sugar was actually in it, which I had never noticed before. I went on the hunt for a true no-sugar granola, but the options were extremely limited and usually very expensive. I’m so glad I found this one! It has zero added sugar, doesn’t spike my glucose levels, and has now become my go-to staple. I also really like what KIND as a company stands for. The cinnamon flavor can sometimes be a little strong, but that’s also what adds to the natural sweetness, so I can’t complain too much. I’ve enjoyed snacking on it straight out of the bag, mixing it with yogurt, and more. My only wish: more flavors and larger bag sizes!
