Seems kind of like a scam, did anyone even get what is in the listing photo?

I did not. I returned the item because I received four figures, but not the 4 in the photo. I think Copperhead and Talon were missing.

That is a blatant lie! You DO NOT receive the exact 4 figures listed! That is why the actual description states (figures may vary). I wish I noticed that prior to ordering this set for my grandson!

Will this fit in the All Terrain Batmobile?

Yes, these cute little bendable figures are 4 inches tall, so I see that the Batman all terrain vehicle is 13.5 inches long, so they should fit very nicely, hope this helps!!
