I'm pretty sure I saw this as a secret ingredient on a food tv game show and had to try it. It came fast and well packaged with a little insert explaining the garlic and how its made, etc. It comes in an air tight pouch with little moister absorb things and its expiration date is something like a year from now so ill have plenty of time to use it, however I dont love the product. I think that it is totally what it is suppose to be and not a faulty product or anything like that, its garlic flavor just didnt impress me its more of a dull sweet flavor and for me is hard to find in a cooked product and should be used in an application where it is the star of whatever you are eating, like in a spread or topping or something.
