This is an amazing, almost revolutionary thing. I have had digital frames before, but this is really very well thought out. The frame itself is beautiful and elegant, different style would make it fit anywhere. The process of adding photo is both simple and brilliant: in my case, I create an album in my iOS device and add photos to it. I link the album to the Aura frame and voilà! the pictures are there. I can edit the pictures in my phone and they will appear as edited in the frame. Through the frame app, I can change the framing of the picture if I want. I can share the album with other people so they can add pictures too ( you can also send by email or text I believe but haven’t tried that). Pictures are on the cloud, so you need wifi. The best part is that there is no need for a subscription. The frame has also touch button to navigate the pictures and to show info. The only minor thing I don’t like is that you cannot set a display time shorter than 15 seconds. Overall, a great product and a fantastic gift!

This has been our favorite Christmas gift, so much so that we ended up gifting it to our parents right after. It’s so easy to set up, holds unlimited photos, incredibly easy to add photos through the app and we love that Live Photos show as live. We find our whole family constantly looking at it. The photo quality is incredible and I truly can’t say one bad thing about this frame!

I love this digital picture frame. It took just a few minutes to set up. The app makes uploading photos from your phone or ipad to the frame very simple to do. The 12” size of the frame displays photos perfectly. You can shift them to your liking in the frame or use the full fit feature. I felt the price was a little steep, but when you can save literally all of your photos on the frame, it’s worth it. You can even very easily scan old photos into your phone (via the Aura app) and transfer them to your frame. Photos appear to be framed and have a nice mat around them when displayed.

Excellent display quality. Love the matted version as it fits into the aesthetic of our home. The ease of publishing photos from the phone makes this so useable. Love that you can post photos to the frame via a QR code as a gift before someone opens the box.

I bought this for myself and couldn’t be happier! I find it SO easy to use and the quality to be top tier. I don’t mind paying the price for an intuitive, quality product that will last years. Purchased a second for my mother-in-law.

My brother recommended Aura digital picture frames. I wasn't sure how good it was. They tend to have the same pictures on their frame all of the time. I assumed there was a limited capacity for the number of pictures that could be loaded. I have about 1200 pictures on my frame. I have about 140 hours of home videos that we have taken over the years and have digitized them, as well. I appreciate my picture frame much more. It is always showing new pictures and it never gets old - and I don't have to sit down to devote time to looking at them. I can just seem them when I walk by or while I'm watching TV. I have bought my daughter and my in-laws Aura picture frames as well. The only mistake I made is that the first picture frame that I loaded, I loaded my sending the pictures in by e-mail. I don't have many pictures on my phone, at least the older ones. It took me about a month to load my picture frame. It take about a day and a half to load the same amount for my in-laws by uploading the pictures from my computer through the aura web site. My daughter will just use her phone and that will be quick, as well. I would recommend anyone with any digital pictures to get an Aura picture frame. I have the Aspen 12 inch frame.

We really wanted to like the Aura Frame. The screen is great and the photos look amazing. But the way it actually works makes it basically unusable for us. The big issue is that it doesn’t truly work offline. It’ll keep showing photos for a while if you disconnect it, but as soon as the frame restarts (like overnight or after being unplugged), it just shows a pairing code and stops working until it reconnects to the internet. At that point it’s not a photo frame anymore—it’s just stuck. That might be fine if you have reliable Wi-Fi, but in our case, we bought these for parents and grandparents who don’t have internet at home and aren’t tech-savvy. Expecting them to turn on a hotspot, reconnect the frame, and deal with setup screens just to see photos defeats the whole purpose. We tried using a phone hotspot and it was hit or miss and honestly just annoying to deal with. The app isn’t great either. The Aura app makes it harder than it should be to get photos back out or share them elsewhere. There’s no easy way to bulk share to something like Facebook, which feels like a pretty basic feature. This feels like a product that was designed assuming everyone has stable internet and is comfortable troubleshooting when something goes wrong. That’s not the case for a lot of people, especially the audience this is usually marketed to. We’re returning ours and going with something simpler that just works off a USB stick or Bluetooth and doesn’t need internet to do its job. Bottom line: great display, but if you don’t have reliable Wi-Fi (or you’re buying this for someone who doesn’t), I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bought this a s a Christmas present for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Great image quality in a slim attractive frame. It has a pretty reliable app which let's you, or anyone else you invite, to be able to add photos to it from anywhere with an Internet connection. I question how long the "free unlimited storage" will remain free, given how companies love to start charging for things and adding ads, but so far so good. Be aware that there is no built in storage at all, so it relies solely on the cloud.

The frame is a brilliant size - landscape or portrait - to view your memories in digital form. Would definitely purchase again.

Very impressed, I've bought a couple of these now, and they make an awesome family gift. Perfect screen size, decent picture quality, and it works really well. The setup is a bit of a pig, but once it's running it's a doddle.

very high quality frame.Well constructed and the screen provides excellent viewing in all light conditions.Software and app are easy to use and provide all kinds of options.It was important to me that i had a frame that works well with Google photos (including auto upload from a Google photos folder).It does this with no problem at all.For anyone considering this frame i highly recommend it! I know this frame is a higher cost than many other frames but it is definitely worth the investment.
