Great product, honestly. Sound quality is there and the active noise cancellation and ambient hearing work great. The battery holds well and they fit fantastically. I did not expect these ear buds to perform this well, so they get a 5 of 5 stars from me. Highly recommend these and I will be purchasing more from JBL in the future.

I got mine today and nothing is wrong with it, works exactly as described. I love that you can control almost everything about the sound, using the JBL headphones app. You can fully customize the equalizer settings to get the sound you like. Maybe I’m just used to using cheaper earbuds, but these are the best pair I’ve ever used. There is one feature in particular that I find extremely useful— The ambient and talk-through modes allow you to hear EVERYTHING around you, in real time, with no delay. It amplifies the sounds around you, including your own voice, without being annoying or disorienting. It balances those sounds with any media/music you play. Both can be heard clearly- you don’t need to take out an earbud to hear your surroundings, while still getting an immersive audio experience. On the other hand, the noise-cancelling function works better than other earbuds I’ve used. It is VERY quiet in this mode, perfect for when you DONT want to hear everything around you. It’s easy and quick to switch between these modes. You can use the app to switch it instead of touching the earbud itself, if you’d like. But out-of-the-box, it is a touch control function. There are many other features but the ones I’ve just described are my favorites. GET IT ON SALE THO DONT SPEND A FORTUNE ON THESE… I’ve seen other people saying it wasn’t worth that much. But I am happy after getting these for $39.

These JBL earbuds are amazing. Especially for the price! The sound is great (comparable to my Apple Airpods). Has a good bass sound and not a bunch of treble as some have. They are pretty balanced. There is also an app to download for control. The battery lasts a very long time. Battery lasts way longer than my Apple Airpods. These JBL's also connect to multiple items. For example, when I'm at work I have them connected to my work phone and my cell phone. When I'm talking on my cell and my work phone rings, it puts my cell call on hold. I have JBL boombox and a small JBL speaker. They all are capable of connecting to each other. These earbuds are light weight and durable. I seriously can't say anything bad about JBL products. I guess the only thing that is annoying is how the JBL earbuds go into the case backwards in comparison to Airpods and I wish they charged on my magnet base charger. These have to be plugged in but that's really no big deal.

I got these earbuds about two months ago, and I am very satisfied! They fit well in my ear (I use the smallest ear size thing) and different levels of sound control work well, too. The noise-cancelling is very effective. Not that I listen to stuff very loudly, but I can confidently say that these earbuds do not bleed noise!!! Which is so nice. The battery life lasts a long time. I could probably count on my fingers the number of times I have charged the box, and I use my earbuds daily. I also really love the teal color. They don't get loose and stay in place. I switched to these after losing my airpods and as much as I loved them, I didn't want to drop bank on another pair. I like how these earbuds can be connected to more than one device at once and will switch depending on which is playing sound. For some cons: Sometimes the audio level is really low when I'm on calls, so it makes me have to use both earbuds as noise-cancelling in order to hear the call well, which is annoying. Sometimes I have to manually connect it (like click on the device in my Bluetooth list), but it's not the biggest issue. Also, the app is kind of annoying because I can only use it when my earbuds are connected, and sometimes even when they are, the app has trouble identifying them for some reason. Also, when I watch videos, especially TikTok, the audio lags a little bit, but it's not a big deal. Overall, these earbuds are very much worth the price, and I'm happy with this purchase!

"I’ve been using these headphones for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The sound profile is well-balanced, with deep, punchy bass and very clear highs that don't distort even at higher volumes. Whether I'm listening to music or podcasts, the audio clarity is top-notch. What surprised me the most is how comfortable they are. The ear cushions are soft and breathable, allowing me to wear them for hours during work or travel without any discomfort. The noise isolation (or cancellation) works effectively, blocking out most ambient office noise or city traffic.

For this price point, the noise cancelling is phenomenal (they compare favorably with my expensive earbuds). The charge lasts all night long and they are comfortable to wear and sleep in. The only problem I have is that they are very hard to get out of the charging case.

Decent earbuds. Not a fan of the bump next to the ear as it prevents the earbud from seating fully so I have to constantly adjust them. Additionally, the earbud going into ambient aware mode in single-bud mode only is annoying as it's not good. You can hear a constant airy tone when playing. The only way to disable this is to take the other bud out of the case.

[Pros] • The buds have really good sound quality and the ambient aware mode is as having on hearing aids! • The battery life is awesome and lasted an entire night before I needed to charge it again! The case, even longer. It was about to last a day and a half had I not charged it. • There are charging indicators for both the buds and the headphones. • Has many features with the app and allows ambient noises, noise cancelling, and eq editing. • Connects really well and fast. There were no issues at all with connecting the buds to my phone each time I tried. • With phone calls, everyone was able to hear me well and the quality was really good (see cons for con concerning phone calls)! [Cons] • The tap sensitivity for interacting with the buds themself while in your ear, is very good! They respond all the time as long as you press it with your whole finger, bot just your fingertip. You have to tap it with your entire finger. I did a cardio workout in which I was drenched, and the buds got wet, and they did not respond at all to not even a single tap. They were useless until dried off later on in which then they began responding again. Perhaps it was due to my lack of using my entire finger, and using only my fingertips, but normally even when dry, they'd at least sometimes respond to fingertip taps. When sweaty, it doesn't anymore. • Bass quality is not extreme, but is really good for earbuds! It's actually seriously good for earbuds, and if you care less want bass and good sound quality like clarity & features, vocals, noice cancellation, call quality, etc, you'll want these. For good the price though, these are really good (about $42). • Concerning phone calls, the quality may have been good, but the buds randomly disconnected at times (at least once during 2 separate calls on separate days) and glitched out (sound became distorted, then buds disconnected and hung up the call. When I called back, the person I was talking to had no idea what happened, but I did). [Notes] • The color is black, and for the buds, the default is grey. All the other ones are black. The charger is orange and has a decent size in my opinion. • 4 stars due to call connectivity issues, yet also the many other pros.

Le design est confortable et pratique pour tous les jours (travail, balades, vidéos). 🎧 Ce que j’ai remarqué Charge rapide et batterie qui tient bien la durée Construction solide, pas fragile du tout Son correct pour le prix, même si ce n’est pas du niveau “haut de gamme” audiophile 🔊 Il y a aussi ce que je pense être un mode transparence (ou réduction passive du bruit) qui laisse passer les sons de l’environnement lorsque tu n’écoutes rien — ce qui est pratique pour rester conscient de ce qui se passe autour. Je n’ai pas encore testé si ça fonctionne pareil avec de la musique, mais sans musique c’est notable. ✅ En résumé : Très bons écouteurs quotidiens pour appels, vidéos et musique casual Charge rapide et autonomie fiable Pas de son premium, mais efficaces et confortables Je recommande si tu veux une paire pratique et durable sans vider ton porte-monnaie.

Bad call quality and sound… doesn’t meet the quality in discription

Sitzen perfekt. Zumindest bei mir. Nervig das Gefummel beim rausholen, könnte aber auch an meinen dicken Fingern liegen.
