Nanoleaf LED Face Mask 432 LEDs, Red Light Therapy Mask with 7 Modes

I am a great believer in a red-light therapy and its health and cosmetic benefits. I have first purchased the LED mask for myself and I enjoy it so much that I decided to get onother one as a present for my sister. To begin with, the box includes: * The LED Face Mask Body; lightweight piece made from flexible, medical-grade silicone with 432 LED chips. * The Rechargeable Controller with a built-in display screen to toggle between different lmodes, change the intensity levels, and track the session timer. * Adjustable Velcro Straps that loop into the mask's side slots and wrap around the back of the head for a secure fit. * Eye Socket Protectors; two removable silicone inserts that clip around the mask's eye openings to protect your eyes from the bright LED lights and minimise glare during treatments. * A standard USB-C to USB-A cable used to recharge the controller pack. * Printed Quick Start Guide & Manual: Easy-to-follow physical documentation detailing safety instructions, light cycle modes, and routine suggestions. The recommended usage is a 5 to 10 minute session, 3 to 5 times a week. By default, the controller is preprogrammed for 10 minutes. The session time can be easily adjusted for up to 30 minutes, however I do recommend sticking to 10 minutes. Fit, Comfort and Usability: The two velcro straps on this mask enable a secure, customised fit. Having said that, the straps a bit rigid, sit slightly low at the back of the neck and pull the mask down a little bit. You can easily rectify this manually and adjust the mask in a way that suits you best. I've tried other flexible, silicone masks in the past, and you always have to adjust the fit manually before the use. The eye protection inserts are simple to put on but may leave temporary pressure marks on your skin. I do not use these as I do not think they're necessary. There is no sweating and no heat build up when using this mask, which is excellent, as it means the LED bulbs and chips used are of a good quality. There are also no restrictions around the mouth, jaw or nose, and even without eye protectors I can also see well enough to read, watch TV or be on my phone. The skin contact is pretty good, and the mask protrudes only a little around the jaw, because it is a completely flat mask, that's OK. Ultimately, it is soft and comfortable enough to be used without any issues. It should fit an average sized face, but unless you try it you can’t tell for sure, therefore, regardless of which mask you go for; always check the warranty and the return policy. Operation: The mask is operated by a controller which has only three buttons; power, mode (colour) selector and the timer button. By default the mask is set for 10 minutes in Red and NIR mode. There are seven different modes/colours. The manual that comes with the mask covers not only the operation but also some of the benefits of each different wavelength and colour modes. The mask has got USB charging and flat design which makes it portable and great for travelling. The possible negatives, when it comes to operation are: 1) it is not cord free, i.e. the controller is attached via cable to the mask, 2) one might find the screen on the controller a bit small 3) it can't be run without Near- Infrared light Therapeutic power: This is where Nanoleaf performs really well. The mask delivers a strong, bio-available fluence of roughly 6.5 J/cm² per 10-minute session, which sits perfectly within the clinically validated sweet spot for cellular rejuvenation. It integrates four core wavelengths that can all be run at the same time in white mode: 460 nm (Blue Light) 520 nm (Green Light) 639 nm (Red Light) 848 nm (Near-Infrared / NIR Light) Red and Near-Infrared (NIR) lights form the golden standard of light therapy due to decades of peer-reviewed clinical research. The research is limited when it comes to Blue and Green lights. The mask can be run in seven modes. Every single mode automatically pairs its visible light colour with 850 nm Near-Infrared (NIR) light to stimulate deeper tissue repair and cellular energy (ATP). 1. Red Mode: Red (640 nm) + NIR (850 nm). 2. Blue Mode: Blue (460 nm) + NIR (850 nm). 3. Green Mode:Green (520 nm) + NIR (850 nm). The rest of the modes are a combination of core wavelengths: 4. Cyan Mode: Blue (460 nm) + Green (520 nm) + NIR (850 nm). 5. Yellow Mode: Red (640 nm) + Green (520 nm) + NIR (850 nm). 6. Purple Mode: Red (640 nm) + Blue (460 nm) + NIR (850 nm). 7. White Mode: Red (640 nm) + Green (520 nm) + Blue (460 nm) + NIR (850 nm). Coverage: There are 148 LEDs in this mask with each having 4 chips (one for each core wavelength), which makes it the total of 432 chips which is significantly more than what the majority of the commercial LED mask have. This ensures a very good overall coverage, except for the small area in between the nose and right above the upper lip. As for the results they’re cumulative. The general consensus is that any mask, including the Nanoleaf, needs to be used consistently for 4-6 weeks to see some kind of improvement. Personally, I disagree with this, and believe that LED masks need to be used persistently without any specific time-lines to experience long term, significantly visible skin improvements. In any case, these masks are not magical devices that will change your skin overnight. In summary, Nanoleaf is a high quality, comfortable LED mask, that provides good coverage and perfect therapeutic power, proven to perform better than some of the rivals twice the price. It normally retails for £129 and at this price it is a bargain that I am comfortable recommending to anyone after a top spec yet affordable LED mask.

I’m really happy with this LED light therapy mask. It feels like a proper bit of kit rather than a gimmick, mainly because the brightness is strong and even, and the coverage across the face is genuinely good. When it’s on, it feels like the light is actually reaching the areas you want to target rather than only hitting a small section. It’s also very easy to use. The controls are straightforward, the settings make sense, and it doesn’t feel complicated or fiddly. I like that it’s battery powered as well, because it means you can use it comfortably without being stuck next to a plug socket. Battery life has been good for me and it holds charge well between sessions, which makes it much more convenient to keep using regularly. Comfort-wise, the mask itself feels fine during a session and it sits well on the face. The only minor issue I’ve had is that, for me, it can slip down slightly depending on how the straps sit. I think that’s more about my head shape than a fault with the mask, and once I adjust it it’s fine, but it’s worth mentioning so people know fit can vary slightly from person to person. Overall though, I’d still give it five stars because the things that matter most, which are coverage, brightness, battery, and ease of use, are all excellent. If you want a light therapy mask that’s simple to use and feels effective and well designed, this is a great option.

Positives: it’s very well made and gives the impression of costing more than i paid for it. It seems to provide noticeable skin improvement but this is going to have to be assessed per individual. Negative: unfortunately not the most comfortable fit and will cause areas around the nose and eyes to hurt but using while laying down and not using the Velcro too tightly can help. Battery life is enough for 3 to 4 10min sessions so need to be recharged regularly. Overall: Comfort is an issue however looking at the price tag in comparison to other professional masks and considering it isn't a generic rebranded mask and uses proper LED’s its well worth the purchase.

This is the best led mask I've tried, way better than the Lux Skin one. After using the red light my skin is super soft and fuller, I love this mask Only thing to criticise is it leaves marks around the eyes, so I pop a cotton wool pad at the side of each eye opening and this sorts out the issue ☺️

Bought this after another popular mask which was more expensive failed. This is much much better than that ever was. Stronger, you can feel it and see it - higher irradiance, comfy for. Very pleased with it.

The mask is lightweight, comfortable to wear, and fits securely without feeling bulky. The build quality feels premium, durable, and well-designed. The different LED light settings make it easy to customize treatments based on my skincare needs. After several weeks of regular use, I’ve noticed my skin looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed. My complexion appears more even, and my skin feels healthier overall. Ainda estou testando, mas chegou tudo certinho. Pontos positivos: percebi que ajudou a secar algumas espinhas na região da mandíbula que estavam persistindo havia semanas. A sensação é de que contribuiu para acelerar a recuperação dessas lesões. Ponto negativo: o encaixe poderia ser melhor. A máscara não se adapta perfeitamente ao rosto e acaba deixando leves marcas na pele após o uso. No geral, minha primeira impressão foi positiva, mas ainda preciso de mais tempo de uso para avaliar os resultados a longo prazo. Aparentemente essa máscara se encaixa dentro do comprimento de onda necessário para fazer efeito na pele, mas não sei dizer com certeza.

Después de varias semanas utilizándola de forma constante, puedo decir que la experiencia ha sido bastante positiva. La máscara es cómoda de llevar y el diseño se adapta correctamente sin hacer demasiada presión. Uno de los puntos positivos es que es muy sencilla de usar y las sesiones son lo suficientemente cortas como para incorporarlas fácilmente a la rutina facial. En cuanto a los resultados, es importante tener expectativas realistas. No es un producto que produzca cambios espectaculares de un día para otro, pero con un uso constante he notado la piel con un aspecto más uniforme y luminoso y con una ligera mejora en la textura. Me parece una buena opción calidad precio, ya que la mayoría de máscaras led son mucho más caras. La recomiendo 👍🏼 Espero que te haya sido útil 😊
