Still works, hard working vacuum for dog owner. We do not use the mop. Does well and sucks up a lot of pet hair. It’s a good vacuum to keep up with keeping pet hair in check. Vacuum is named Robbie!

I’ve been using the ZC WAS Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo (model BR151‑SC) for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m happy with it — especially for the price. ✅ Vacuum + mop combo: It handles dust, crumbs, and light stains well. I love that it vacuums and mops in one go — my floors definitely stay cleaner now. ✅ Scheduling and app: I use the app and the remote to schedule cleanings when I’m not home. It also works with Alexa, which is a nice bonus. ✅ Slim and quiet: It fits under furniture easily and doesn’t make too much noise while running. ⚠️ Downsides: • It gets stuck or bumps into chair legs a lot, especially in my dining area. I usually have to lift or move chairs before letting it run. • It also occasionally misses some spots if there are too many obstacles. • The mop works well for light cleaning, but don’t expect deep scrubbing. 🔎 Overall: If you’re looking for an affordable robot that vacuums and mops, this one is a solid choice. Just be ready to prep your space a little so it doesn’t get stuck all the time. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars for that reason.

This worked great...until it didn't a week after purchase. Multiple starts and stops and error codes popping up on the app. I reached out to tech support nearly a month ago, was sent a video with trouble shooting steps (including essentially disassembling the machine - which I did) and was asked to email photos and video proof of the issue. I was then told weeks ago a replacement would be mailed to me asap, but it has not yet happened. This machine was a great purchase, but the customer service leaves so much to be desired. I am not able to get a replacement through Amazon as this was a 3rd party seller, so I will be ordered a different brand as the customer service for this product takes days to respond and continuously delays keeping their word with a replacement. At this point, I wish I never wasting my money!

This is an amazing product. I have owned other robot vacs, but this one has three times the power and speed. However, I was going to return it, but I have changed my mind and will deal with the one problem. The problem is that I have a braided rug on my living room floor, and even though it is not thin and has edge binding, the vacuum is so powerful that it grabs the corners that aren't secured and gets tangled. I will place objects on the corners before vacuuming to secure them. I didn't deduct a star because it is otherwise a great vacuum, and I got a great deal.

Ahora con un niño en casa me ha sido de gran utilidad pues la pongo en modo aspiradora y trapeador para tener el piso limpio para que el bebé juegue.

Had it for 24hrs. It seemed to be working as described then one of the side bristle sweeps things fell off was wrapped partly around roller and partly sucked up. When I was finally able to remove it, it was twisted and bent and useless. Although I see you can buy replacement parts, I didn’t expect to within the first 2 days.

If your looking for a carpet deep cleaner, then buy a regular vacuum, but if you have a lot of hard surfaces and want to pick up the loose obvious stuff on carpeting then this is perfect. Multiple settings and I love the edge cleaning. This vacuum picks up dog hair, dirt and other items at a pretty amazing rate. Have not used mop feature. I sit and have a beer while my floors are cleaned. My wife was a skeptic but she admits it's pretty great.

The little guy is good for cleaning up during the week before you come around and put in a little elbow grease on the weekend. We haven't tried the mopping feature yet but it's done a great job as a vacuum. The only downside so far, and why we removed a star, is it doesn't let you know when it's full. It'll just keep "cleaning" without picking stuff up. We have to empty it every two rooms.
