## Description

2020 Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 (8-inch, Wi-Fi + Cellular, 64GB) Black (Renewed) : desertcart.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

Review: Samsung 8 inch tablet - Very impressed, it's like new not a mark on it, runs everything great
Review: The device is enrolled in a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system - Have purchased 3 of these tablets and 2 of them displays a message stating it is "managed by your organization," this indicates the device is enrolled in a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, typically used by businesses or educational institutions to enforce security policies and manage devices remotely. The message appears because the device has been registered with an organization's management system, which can enforce restrictions such as remote locking, wiping, app installation, and monitoring of certain activities. Even after a factory reset, the device retain its managed status because the MDM enrolment was not properly removed, as the management can persist at a system level. For a renewed device, this situation is concerning and problematic. It indicates the device was improperly returned to the reseller or was stolen from an organization, as such devices are not supposed to be resold without being fully wiped and unenrolled from any management system. If the device was originally provided by an employer or school, the organization must have authorized its release from management before it could be legally resold. I have contacted desertcart to report the issue and request a full refund as the device does not meet the expected condition for a renewed product. As of writing this review I've not received a refund yet.
