Solid Dash Cam Battery - Blackvue B-130A Ultra Battery
I am very pleased with the Blackvue B-130A Ultra Battery. I haven't hardwired it yet but am using the cigarette lighter for powering/charging. But installation was a breeze. It is sitting perfectly in my Jeep Wranglers glove box. The battery pack is connected with the BlackVue DR970X-2CH Plus II Dash Cam and I am getting about 17-18 hours of runtime. I do wish the battery runtime was longer, but overall pleased. The battery pack hasn't drained to zero yet, but usually by the time I get to the office, the battery is fully charged. Then on my way home, the battery gets fully charged. It takes me about an hour in traffic to get and to come home from work. I hope when it is time to purchase another battery, Blackvue will have the run time last for at least 48 hours But overall, I am completely satisfied with the Blackvue B-130A Ultra Battery Pack.

No more dead 12 volt battery!
Had 12 volt battery issues in my Toyota plug in hybrid that was caused by my Blackvue dash cam draining the battery. Had this B-130A installed and everything is working well.

Doesn't stay charged with battery camera off
Spent several days trying to find out if the battery would charge with the switch on the battery in the off position. IT Does Not. So, you can not set up a parking/security camera only system using this battery. I'll explain what I was trying to do. I have a seperate camera system to cover video while driving. I wanted a second camera system powered by battery for when I am parked if and when I felt it was needed like parking on the street because our work parking lot is full or if working off site for the ect. I had to place cameras in a way to get the coverage around the vehicle I wanted that made it work great for parking but bad for driving coverage. I also wanted to have 12hrs of parking mode capacity. Basically I don't need this camera system on all the time, only a fraction of the time and am not willing to find my car battery dead at the end of a 12hr work shift.

Works well but will die overnight
Works well but if I leave it on it will die by the next morning so I flip the switch when I park in the garage which shuts it off and turn it on when I leave… either way totally worth the piece of mind parking my BMW M2C anywhere. For the size the capacity is pretty decent and with the LTE I’m able to check battery life from anywhere

Excellent
Although the battery capacity could be better, I understand that safety takes priority over capacity, so it's acceptable. I’m currently using it through the cigarette lighter socket, and it takes about 50 minutes to charge from 0% to 100%. With a full charge, it powers my BlackVue 2-channel dashcam for over 20 hours without any issues. I installed it to reduce energy consumption on my Tesla, and I’m very satisfied. However, it may not be suitable for those who leave their car unused for long periods.

Does what it claims.
Recharges super fast, but it will not allow for more than a day or so of parking recording.

Much better than hardwired
Paired with a BlackVue DR970X-2CH in my C8 Corvette, the battery fits perfectly in the glove box and there is a 12V socket beneath the glove box that I plugged in to. No issues whatsoever and battery life seems to be holding strong.

Too expensive don’t last long
Advertised to last 30 hours. Only last like 12 or 14. Too expensive for the performance
