Came within a week. Not fast shipping. But product is great. Good quality. Came right from factory (zipper was still pressed to where it was never opened yet). Great quality. It was for my 5'11 son. The bookbag is on the smaller side for $110. Not as big as pictures make it seem.

Love the backpack

I expected great quality for a backpack at $100, but I was completely wrong. My first bag ripped at the seems within 20 days, so customer service replaced it. Now, the replacement bag is falling apart at 33 days. Save your money and do not buy this bag.

The best backpack I have ever bought, and I have purchased many over the years. Quality is very good and the pocket layout is exactly what I need for work.
