Is this shipped with a cold pack? How long is it good for if kept in the fridge?

It isn't shipped with a cold pack but arrives quickly and the instructions are to "keep refrigerated to maintain highest potency". I refrigerate it once it's opened and it stays fresh for a long time. It comes with 2 measuring spoons--1/4 tsp for adults and a "smidgeon" for children. The company's customer service is excellent.

I really can’t say ~very disappointed in the product. It was lumpy & clumped together so it was difficult to measure the recommended dose with a spoon.

What's the difference between this and the "GG" version?
