Very impressed with the quality, and value for your money! An excellent carb friendly alternative. My family couldn’t even tell the difference!

I bought this sampler pack in effort to cut out carbs and eat healthier. I am giving it 4 stars because the product is super easy to use and it’s flavorless - so you can add whatever type of sauces or broths and it will taste great! The texture is also great - firm enough and not at all paste-like! I made chicken meatballs with marinara sauce and I used the spaghetti style Miracle Noodles for the “pasta.” BUT - please be aware that it made my entire family very sick. Our stomachs were turned upside down. We had never tried this type of product before and had not heard about the possibility that it could upset your stomach. My husband and older son have tough stomachs. My smaller son and I have more sensitive stomachs. We could not get out of the bathroom! Stomach pains, nausea…it was awful. I am really bummed out because I loved the product!! I want to try the other packets but I’m too afraid that I’ll end up with another full day on the toilet. We eat chicken meatballs and the same marinara sauce all the time. So I am certain it was the noodles as it was the only new ingredient we added to our diets and we all got very sick immediately after. Otherwise, this is an excellent product and great value for the 8 pouches. Just be sure you don’t consume an entire bowl before perhaps testing a small amount to see if it upsets your stomach.

Small portion but a good noodle…firm and only requires heating. I made turkey sausage and mushroom Alfredo with the fettuccine and the taste and texture was very good…more meat mushrooms and sauce to fewer noodle and dinner was great! Fed 2 of us an average portion and I added a salad for a complete meal..,great diabetic meal plan substitute!!

I have been a pretty strict Paleo eater for about 8-years. I grew up on pasta and my family dinners still include it regularly. I've tried the almond flour variety and they are just too much (density and calories). These are fast, essentially flavorless, effectively calorie free, and take on flavors pretty rapidly. There is a bag inside the bag, just cut the corner, drain the water, plop in a warm pan to kind of dry them a bit, then add to whatever you want right before eating. I've made "Ramen" using bone broth and it's like a 60 second affair between a pan and the microwave. I will add, they are surprisingly durable. So, unless you want one giant mega noodle, I suggest using some kitchen shears to snip once in the middle of the pile right after you dump them out.

I'm a keto follower and have missed my pastas and rice. I decided to try these and they have mixed reviews. I did some research, as long as you follow instructions or listen to other reviews, you'll enjoy the products. * Rinse cold water, bowl for a few minutes (I add bouillon), then remove some moisture from the noodles in a hot pan. I add sauces, spices, garlic or what ever after the final step. For me definitely no replacement for a good pasta but they're filling and they trick my brain into thinking I'm having pasta or rice!
