- SMALLRIG Magic Arm Clamp w/ 1/4 and 3/8 Thread Holes, 9.8 Inches Adjustable

I previously purchased three Smallrig tripods for my ring and soft box lights and trusted their quality, I had to get this phone attachment to up my self tape set-up game. It’s a good size, not too big or small. It was easy to assemble and felt pretty sturdy and durable. The clamp has a rotating rod and rubber in between that helps tighten and loosen its hold smoothly without creating any friction or damage to any surface you place it on. The arm adjusts both sections when you loosen the knob, having ample mobility when you can position the phone closer, away, up or down from you. I like that the phone holder has two holes where you can screw the attachment to the arm however you want to. It has a good hold as well, and I’m excited to use it for when I need a virtual reader or need to look a script easily while I’m recording myself. Very pleased overall with the functionality and quality for the price I paid.

Great for third hand work, flashlight clamp, and some tabletop photography. With a 1/4-20 base plate, can semipermant mount to work top. Need to get another one.

It will feel unusual at first, until you reckon with which threads to tighten and how the one-step shape locking works, but then it’s really quite good. The foot clamp found a place to attach firmly even to my folding table. It’s probably smaller than you think, less tall, but not a problem with a good mic, which shoudn’t be too close — my supercardiod Rode small tube works very well, and has a new best placement.

This thing is useless! I wanted to use this to hold my zhiyun pocket 40W light (truly the size and weight of a big android or an iphone max) and it refused to hold. I have it sadly leaning against my monitor in a position that isn't very helpful just so I have some light for my web meetings. cannot say how disappointed I am that I waited to test this out till after the return window was closed

Ottimo prodotto, ben confezionato e arrivato subito. Lo utilizzo per tenere il telefono fissato sulla spalliera del letto, in sostituzione di uno in plastica,ed è perfetto.

This is the best equipement you can by as a videographer. It’s truly game changing. Pov shots, Bts with your phone, b roll. Very useful and cheap for all it can handle by the way. (Cheaper clamps are less powerfull about the strenght of grip and things like that )

I absolutely love it! Very solid and well built. The clamp tightens firmly, the joints are easy to adjust, and the phone holder feels secure. I love how I can clamp it almost anywhere and get the exact filming angle I want. Definitely worth every pence.
