Takes a little practice but the channel knife makes nice twists for my cocktail. Easy to clean and fits nice in my hand.

Awesome. The twist tool I’ve been waiting for. High quality steel cuts a nice twist of rind for your favorite cocktails.

The deep "V" shaped cut this makes when used on citrus fruits is excellent for bar garnish twists. Garnish cut with this doesn't break easily when expressed and has more pith on the back side compared to those made with a combo channel knife/zester. The rectangular cut version of this is better IMO, but costs more and ships from France, so probably not worth the cost/wait for most.

I use it to cut curly lemon peel garnish for Vesper Martinis. It's easy to use, works great.

J'ai cherché longtemps ce type de zesteur et je suis content de l'avoir trouvé ! Il est facile à prendre en main, il zeste dans la longueur (et non la largeur comme la plupart des concurrents, ce qui est beaucoup moins pratique et maniable) et la lame est suffisemment "profonde" et affutée. Franchement un must !

Gut verarbeitet (Keine Grate, scharfen Kanten oder sonst etwas), liegt gut und sicher in der Hand. Tut was es soll. Ich kann nichts Negatives sagen, das Messer hat einen Job und den erfüllt es perfekt.
