Longer length general kitchen knife
A good decent quality knife although personally I prefer the slightly shorter version for general use.

Sharp but blade too flexible
I've got a few other Stellar knives (X30 type), this seems slightly lower quality - flexes when cutting even something like an onion. Would rather spend a few more £ to get a better knife next time.
