These are the best creatine packets I’ve tried. They do not make whatever liquid you put them in thick- the liquid remains the same viscosity. It is tasteless. It mixes so easy- my protein milk was not gritty at all. I’m obsessed. I don’t think I’ll try another brand ever.

Absolutely love this product! I’ve tried a lot of creatine products (a lot making me VERY bloated) and this one does not. It dissolves so easily and really has no flavor. I like to mix it with my electrolytes each day. I can absolutely tell such a difference when I workout.

Use it! Helps with brain fog. Increases strength, energy, and recovery is so much less painful for weightlifting. You will retain water. Only noticeable if you’re already over your ideal weight or have sensitive joints. I have MCAS and hEDS and I love this product. Don’t chug it. Drink it slowly over and hour or two or with a big meal, otherwise it will loosen your stools. If you already have GI issues, go slow. It can cause cramping.

Good product no issues

Quality powder with a good reputation. Finely powdered. A few notes: Creatine powders don't dissolve in water (or tea etc). Just stir and drink while the powder is suspended. Do not mix with sodas like Coke or Dr Pepper. It will blow up foam out of your glass. It is more popular to mix in with smoothies or other thicker drinks, or even food if using the unflavored version since it has no taste that I can detect.

Great stuff! Quality ingredients and perfectly portioned, so easy to add to any juice or hydration liquid. Tasteless and THE perfect way to get my daily creatine!

Very good quality and water soluble Creatine, no grainy texture. Only downside is the price-tag.
