Part of our daily routine
We’ve been using THORNE Creatine for about a year now and have been really happy with it. It’s tasteless, mixes easily, and is easy to swallow without any unpleasant flavor. We feel great and it’s been simple to add to our daily routine. Good quality and a good value for the money. We’ll definitely keep using it.

Cellular energy boosters that protect the brain.
Creatine monohydrate, a cellular energy enhancer that acts like armor protecting the brain, has been the subject of a groundbreaking study at the University of Sydney that has stunned the medical community. Vegetarians who added five grams of creatine to their daily diet each morning saw an average increase of fifteen points on IQ tests and a 40% improvement in working memory after just six weeks. This isn't just for fitness; it's about energizing brain cells. Creatine isn't just for muscles—a fact 99% of people don't understand. While the brain only accounts for 2% of total body weight, it consumes 20% of the body's energy. Creatine is essentially the fast energy currency needed for neurons to think and form memories. When you add creatine to your coffee, researchers at the University of Chichester discovered a remarkable phenomenon: caffeine, by increasing blood flow to the brain, increased the brain's absorption of creatine by 28%. Simultaneously, creatine completely eliminated the energy crash typically associated with caffeine by maintaining adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels within neurons. A ten-year follow-up study of 6,000 adults over 60 found that those who consumed five grams of creatine daily experienced a 70% reduction in cognitive decline. MRI scans showed a 50% reduction in brain atrophy, and their reaction times remained at a level 20 years younger than their actual age. These scientific conclusions are astonishing. Creatine acts as a cellular buffering system, instantly replenishing ATP. More importantly, it protects brain cells from excitotoxicity, a process where neurons become exhausted due to overstimulation. Research published in the Journal of Neuroscience shows that creatine supplementation increases brain creatine levels by 39%, which is directly correlated with improved problem-solving abilities and emotional resilience. There's another amazing aspect that's rarely mentioned: research from the University of Utah found that creatine coffee reduced depressive symptoms by up to 52% in treatment-resistant cases because it energizes the mitochondria in brain cells that are often underperforming. Studies also show that people with higher brain creatine levels experience 60% less damage from traumatic brain injuries and recover faster. It's like a cellular airbag for neurons. The correct way to use creatine is to choose creatine monohydrate, which has been validated by over 6,000 studies. Because it doesn't dissolve easily in cold water, you need to stir it thoroughly into hot coffee. Add five grams, about one teaspoon, to your coffee every morning. Adding a little milk or cream is recommended, as the fat helps with absorption and can mask the grainy texture that some people dislike. Consistency is key when taking creatine; since it works through saturation, you need to take it daily for about four weeks to fully saturate your muscle and brain tissue, after which you can maintain the dosage daily. Unlike supplements that provide immediate effects, creatine is cumulative; most people experience improved endurance after seven to ten days, while the full cognitive benefits appear after three to four weeks. Some people use a loading phase of twenty grams per day in divided doses during the first week to achieve saturation faster, but studies show this is not necessary and may cause temporary water retention. Quality is also important; it's recommended to look for brands that have been tested for purity to avoid stomach upset or headaches due to impurities. One thing to note about creatine in coffee is that because water is drawn into the muscle cells, you may gain two to four pounds in the first two weeks, but this is not fat, but rather improved cellular hydration. Multiple studies spanning up to twenty-one years have confirmed the safety of creatine, even showing improvements in kidney function indicators.

We have tried to the creatine products and this one still beats Simone. There is no taste, dissolves easily, it makes us feel great. It’s also good price for the amount that you get.

Good Quality
Quality powder with a good reputation. Finely powdered. A few notes: Creatine powders don't dissolve in water (or tea etc). Just stir and drink while the powder is suspended. Do not mix with sodas like Coke or Dr Pepper. It will blow up foam out of your glass. It is more popular to mix in with smoothies or other thicker drinks, or even food if using the unflavored version since it has no taste that I can detect.

More cost effective than gummies
This powder is an excellent source of creatine. The container arrived fully sealed and well packaged. It has no taste, so you can add it to any drink. I like to add it to my water with my electrolytes. It mixes very easily. Creatine helps with energy and muscle recovery. I just started taking it 3 months ago. I thought I only needed to take it on workout days, but I’ve since learned that it’s more effective when taken everyday. The powder is more cost effective than creatine gummies. With 90 servings per container, this creatine powder is a good option to provide your daily creatine supplement.

Convenient 5g creatine sticks, no scooping needed
I like this format a lot more than a big tub of creatine powder. Each stick pack has 5 g of creatine, so it’s very easy to throw in a gym bag. The individual packets also make it much easier to stay consistent. The powder itself is plain, which I prefer since I can mix it into whatever I’m already drinking. It dissolves pretty well, but it can settle at the bottom of a water bottle, so it needs another shake after a while. It can be gritty if you dissolve it in less than 16 oz of fluid as well. For me, the main selling point is convenience. If you already know you want creatine and just want an easier delivery format, this is a very practical option, especially if you’re taking a few grams to support gym performance or because you’re vegetarian or vegan. You’re definitely paying for that convenience compared with buying a standard tub. If you use creatine daily, the stick packs are great for travel, but they’re less economical than bulk powder.

Muscles, Mind, and Energy—All in One Scoop!
Thorne Creatine is hands down one of the best supplements I’ve added to my routine. It mixes easily into water or a shake with no gritty texture or funky taste—honestly, it’s so smooth I sometimes forget it’s even there. The benefits? Clear as day. My workouts feel more powerful, my recovery is faster, and I’ve noticed improved focus during long days at work. It’s not just for gym gains—it’s great for cognitive support too, which was an unexpected but welcome bonus. Being NSF Certified for Sport gives me total confidence in its quality—no fillers, no nonsense, just pure creatine monohydrate. Plus, it’s gluten-free and keto-friendly, so it fits right into a clean diet. The downside? The tub is big, but the scoop is tiny, so be careful not to spill powder everywhere (I learned this the hard way). Also, it takes a couple of weeks to see full results, but once you do, it’s worth the wait. If you’re looking for a clean, effective way to boost performance and overall energy, this creatine is a no-brainer. A staple for fitness enthusiasts and busy minds alike! 4.9/5

Really happy with this, yes it’s a pretty penny but I’d rather pay more for creatine and just know you ain’t being dicked about, dissolves instantly and is a pleasant gulp.
