I was more than just a little surprise and pleased when I received this moving head light. It's a beast! Very bright with powerful motors to move the lighting head around. I first set it up to be sound activated and I was not disappointed. it worked great! Then I plugged it into my DMX board. WOW.... lots of great lighting effects, easy to control and did I mention that this thing is BRIGHT? I've used moving head lights that cost twice this much and this one will hold its own with any of them. It has built in fans that are about the same noise level as other lighting instruments of this type so if you've used moving head lights in the past you know what you're getting into there. I'm not going to list all the options you have with this plugged into a light board. Suffice it to say there are a number of them and they all look great. The colors are bright and crisp and the entire light seems very well built. Setting up this light is easy and the menu's are simple to move through. All in all it's just a really great quality light and it's priced well below other lights that are of a similar size with similar features. I should mention that this thing is pretty heavy. You'll need a pretty strong truss system if you intend to hang it. Just a great light and a really nice addition to my light show.

This thing is extraordinary. It’s also really heavy, so be careful when taking it out of the box. I really wish they included a hard case for this thing because one it is very heavy and it would be helpful being able to roll it out Anne 2. It needs protection because it is an optical instrument, I am working on the exact dimensions. I need for the hard case enough area for phone protection and you will need at least 3 inches around either side because this thing is so heavy. The build quality is extraordinary. This thing is professional equipment through and through with a premium fit and finish there is absolutely nothing cheap or janky about this thing. It looks like it was stolen from a Taylor Swift show. It has a powerful motor and intuitive controls and is DMX capable. Comes with the mounting bracket set and the DMX cable and a power. The dimensions are roughly 18 inches on the side in a cube shape so you’re gonna need a big boy of a hard case. You can go a little bit smaller on the depth except that’s the area that’s going to take most of the weight so I would look for a, 2 foot hard case that’s 2 feet wide and 2 feet deep in the interior dimensions.

I work in a typical office environment, where most folks are crammed into cubicles and space is at a premium. We try to have parties every once in a while, but trying to find storage for decorations is a challenge. We recently had a disco party, and I was tasked with finding a party light. This one showed promise, so I went for it. What I love about it is that this is so nice and compact! Seriously, when we're not using it, we can tuck it into a drawer or the corner of a cabinet. This does come with a bracket that you can use if you want to hang it on a wall, but we can't really do that in a state office building. This was perfect for our party. It throws light a large distance, and it's easy to change colors etc with the remote. Since we were disco, we wanted the lights to be mostly white, and it was easy to arrange. We're definitely going to grab this for holiday parties and anything else we can dream up. Like I said, compact and perfect for an office!

What an end game level light (outside of world class professional stuff). It's a Monster. Large and in charge. As well as feature rich. With 22-72 channel DMX modes, the color screen (very nice), the super bright lights, the various types of lighting possible, it can simply do it all. I do wish I could chill the sensitivity of the sound mode with finer detail. Also, please for the love of God don't put the reset channel smack in the middle of other useful channels put it on the last channel. Nothing worse than the light having to turn off and reboot because your finger hit the middle slider on your dmx controller. Maybe that's just me. Oh, and watch your hands when you turn the stucker on! But wow it can drop your jaw when it's really going! It without doubt has Wow factor. Just know what your getting yourself into. Enjoy is love to get another!

Overall not a bad item. Documentation is lacking so knowing what button does what on the remote is a learning curve. Wanted to have a little something for the grandkids when they come over and we build forts and what not. Tried to use the music part of it to change with the music. It kind of does but it just a bit off. Not a big thing really. Wish it came with a base to for just sitting on the floor. Though I did make one out of a scrap piece of wood. Fun to have and with the base its easy to put out for the grand kids then put up when gone. Will update if needed.

I wasn't expecting this party light to be a small as it was; but it does light up a fully dark room. Three star for the monetary value and size.

When I took this out of the package I thought I'd be in for a disappointment because it was kind of small and light, but it immediately became my favorite LED light. I have a LOT of mid-tier ($50 - 150) LED light gear for my studio and house, and this one is hands down the best visual FX unit per dollar spent. I have a 100 dollar unit that is less impressive than this. My favorite setting is when it cycles through the colors, and moves in a circle. It's relaxing and mesmerizing. You can also slow the motion, or completely stop it, or have it triggered by sound. I like that the controls are dead simple: Strobe, Stop, Faster, Slower, Color Select....whereas other units like this are complicated and confusing. I'll be using this in my music studio to make jamming more immersive, but this would be a great addition to a kids room, a party, or just a light to bring some magic to a living room (in still mode of course).
