It has never done anything for improving bowel movements for me. BUT,,, it has huge more important benefits,,,, I am 72 years old: it improved my skin overall, the skin pinch test greatly improved, I can use a touch screen again without having to use a stylus because of more hydration in my skin, less 'turkey neck' small wrinkles overall,,,, my achy joints in ankles and knees recover much more quickly when I play pickleball - they will ache at night and by the morning when I get up - they're good!!,,, my tired muscles recover more quickly,,, it is so astringent that it actually pulls out annoying little food particles in my cracked and broken teeth,,, it is horribly pungent and causes very strong puckering in my mouth ,,but,, it is so hugely beneficial that it seems to increase overall tone of the body and greatly decrease sagging of all varieties. It's making me easier to breathe, I was going to stop using it, however, I am experiencing heavy breathing then I restart back the scope I have left, my breathing gets better to normal, so, I purchased my usual amount also, I am been using it for over 10 years. I am 60 years now.

Excellent healthy natural Fiber. If you're looking for something that taste good this is not it. It's not meant to taste good or mix well in cold water. Best mixed in warm water. Best fiber supplement I've ever used.

Product quality is good and organic but I couldn’t use regularly because of the taste. That’s why, I didn’t see effectiveness on sleep quality, pain relief or any effectiveness for digestion problems . The price is good and affordable

Excellent for health - my bloodwork comes back much improved if I take this every night before bedtime. However it is quite bitter. I sweeten it with liquid stevia, but still... it is hard to take. My doctor was impressed with how much better my cardiac parameters came back when I was on this. Couldn't keep it up. It also works as a nice laxative if you can take enough of it. I will probably resume using it again at some point... lucky for the people in India who grow up using this stuff more regularly!
