AMAZINGLY GOOD!! GREAT INVESTMENT!
Is it expensive, YES! Is it worth it, YES! Does it do its job, ABSOLUTELY YES! I took this to a Yankee baseball in New York in a 100 degrees summer weather and I’m sooo glad I did. I had a brim hat, upf shirt plus this neck fan and i was cool while everybody was complaining it was extremely hot especially sitting on the bleachers. I wasn’t feeling anything except the humidity. My whole body was cool and love love love the 4 settings with different speed settings and the power to reduce the noise levels on this. I cant wait to try it in the winter due to the heating aspect of it. I love the fact, that you can charge it while wearing it so the battery will never die on you. It’s easy to use just make sure to download the RANVOO App and you’ll be good to go. It doesn’t pull my hair, it’s portable and adjustable and I’m in love. Also, I plan to take this on my Africa vacation so I’ll definitely update afterwards. My boyfriend tried it and loved it, we ordered the 2026 version for him so we can wait to try that one and compare. JUST BUY IT, SO MUCH WORTH THE MONEY!! GREAT INVESTMENT!!

Great cooling unit neck fan 5/5
Most importantly it does what it says it does. Solid neck fan with great cooling plates and lots of settings to customize ur heating/cooling. Don’t expecting miracles in the blazing hot sun, but if you’re looking for a device that will cool your neck and keep the air moving around your face I found this fan to be exactly what I was looking for. The cooling and heating plates worked well and can be used year round. Fans kept air moving nicely past my neck onto the sides of my face and placement around the neck was good. Maybe would be nice to have a vent further down on the band so that air hits the front of my face a bit more but that might be a personal preference. A whisper quiet mode that optimizes for less noise in quiet environments would be nice as a feature request but I found the fan to be pretty quiet on its lowest mode if needed. Downward neck fan for the back was also a really nice touch. Could be a bit stronger for that back fan but still good if u tuck it under ur collar. I find the AI mode particularly useful so that it adjusts without me thinking about it based on ambient temperature and helps save battery rather than me just running it on max all the time. I found the app very easy to use and let u dial in the settings more exactly than the buttons on the unit. A battery percentage rather than bar indicators would be appreciated either on device display or on the app but the bar indicators are still useful. I also like that most adjustments can be made directly on the device using its buttons if needed rather than having to use the app every time. That’s great for quick adjustments on the go. The Bluetooth connected very quickly but I do wonder if someone else nearby would also be able to connect to my unit if they wanted to. A paring process may be good but would also slow down the connection. If you own multiple devices, you can connect them all to the app and see them displayed in ur device list. One request would be a way to name the devices in the app so u can keep them straight especially if multiple members of the household are using multiple devices. Also I love that u can turn off the indicator lights as they are bright in dark environments like a dark bedroom or shows or outdoor evening events and could be too bright for nearby people. It would be nice if u had the option to turn off the screen as well for times like this. Maybe that will come in a software update. Still though, the indicator light is much brighter than the screen and ur able to turn that off in the app which is nice. Lastly, a case (ideally hard shell) or at least a carrying pouch is desperately needed for this product. It’s well built but it seems like the weakest point will be where it hinges (hoping it doesn’t break) and I would feel much more comfortable if I had a safe way to transport it especially while traveling. Right now using my own pouches and am looking at possible headphone cases but don’t know how well it would fit. Outside of the few additional feature requests and the need for a carrying case it doesn’t change the fact that the aice lite itself is extremely well executed with excellent build and features at a great price point. I used this in 80+ degree F. weather and it definitely kept the air moving around me and the cooling plates felt like a cold damp rag on my deck which was very nice. It’s not going to magically cool your whole body in direct 100+ F sun so still try to keep to the device out of direct sunlight with a hat or a collar if it’s blazing but if ur stuck in a hot plane, a car, at a theme park or something like that, this will be a nice way to take the edge off. Was really nice to have a device that actually cooled the neck and cooled the air it’s blowing rather than just moving hot air around. So far really happy with it.

Great until you hit a certain temperature
Okay so when it was in the mid '80s to high '80s this thing was working great and it made my time outside a lot more comfortable but when I get outside and it's like 97° or higher this thing seems to really struggle to keep cool and doesn't work very well so I would say you're good up until about 90° and anything above that the little Cold plates on the side are barely getting cool, that one is like 85° outside those cold plates are cold to the touch to where your neck will actually start to get cold if you put it on the coldest setting but once you get the 95° on the coldest setting it's barely staying cool so I guess it just can't keep up and that kind of heat unfortunately But it's a pretty cool product, I'm not sure if it's worth the money, I'm in it truly is a mini solid state AC I would say but it's only good until a certain temperature and then it starts to struggle to work properly

Premium feel, terrible performance
After seeing so many reviews of people temping the cold plates, I felt this would be a safe buy. It was not. My device never got anywhere near as cold as the other reviewers were experiencing, and that is only the start of the issues. All of this is very sad to say, too, as I think the design of this neck fan is wonderful. Aesthetically, it looks amazing! It fits on my neck perfectly and doesn't ever feel like it will fall off. The thing is downright comfy despite weighing a good bit. But there are more issues. So, the cooling plates. The BIG reason to spend this much money. They suck. They are genuinely the worst iteration I've encountered, which is saying a lot. There are 50$ drop shipped neck fans with cooling plates better than this. Though they will EVENTUALLY hit a low temp, the AICE plates, for whatever reason, take several minutes to actually get cold. For those unaware, that is not normal. The chill should be done in seconds. For whatever reason, be mine defective or not, it takes 3 minutes for the AICE to reach its lowest temp of around 63f. The Coolify hits that in about 5 seconds. This issue is two fold. It means that the moment I put the AICE on my neck, it is impossible for it to get cold again. That means that, even using it in a relatively cool environment, it simply lacks the power to get cold again. Indoor use? Poor. Outdoor use? Terrible. The cold plates on this thing are simply garbage. They will get cold once, if left entirely alone, and then never again. I'm not sure how people were hitting 55f on these things when mine only once dropped to 60 and then never again. Even if the cold plates DID work well, though, that leads to the next issue. The fan is terrible. Its lowest setting is almost as loud as the Coolify 2S Pro's highest. It sounds like living in a wind tunnel on its LOWEST, and the wind output is miserable. The back fan, which I love the idea of, doesn't touch my back at all. Even without a shirt. This is part of why this gets a 1 star. The fans are not only terrible, but do worse than cheaper options. I got this because I wasn't very happy with my Coolify. Poor battery, lackluster cool plates, and fans in my eyes. This product just showed me that I apparently lacked understanding on how baren the market currently is for good products with Peltier coolers. I really wanted to like this. It looks great, feels great, fits great, but simply sucks in use.

Would be perfect with some adjustments
I've had this thing for a few weeks now, wanted to use it a good bit before leaving a review. I have used it outside, inside, on hotter and colder days, etc. Haven't gotten into the heart of summer yet, but may update the review if my opinions change. Pros: The cooling plates on it get cold very quickly, especially if you are indoors or outside at a reasonable temperature. For example, if you are using this inside of a gym (assuming the air is at a moderate temperature), you will not likely need to use the cooling pads on their max setting. If its pretty hot outside, the plates still get cooler but the effect is less noticeable. It is still better than nothing and the air circulation will help out if its stagnant. Battery life seems to be good as well. I had it going on full blast (cooling priority in the app), for around 2 hours while cleaning out one of my vehicles with no issues or drops in performance. The battery was at one bar after finishing and only started flashing after continuing to use it when returning inside. If you need to use it longer on full blast, passthrough charging is an amazing feature and the cable included with the unit is easy to use while wearing it. (Make sure your power bank can output enough wattage and that it is a type-a port.) I like that the heat generated from the TEC is exhausted out the side. Have seen some other coolers with the TEC mounted on the back. While this would likely be fine standing up and moving around (without obstructions behind you), sitting in a chair with full back/head support could cause heat to build up. Having longer hair would also be an issue with the heat build up. The adjustability with the app is nice. You can get pretty specific in the "AI mode" with just using the buttons on the unit, but being able to go into the app and fine-tune the fan speed as well as the temperature is a bonus. Being able to independently operate those two variables is great, I don't see many other high end coolers doing this. (Note: the plates will not get as cold if you have the fan speed very low and the temp also very low. Heat needs to be exhausted for them to consistently cool.) Build quality feels good. The unit does not feel cheap and seems like it will hold up for quite some time. Cons: While the airflow is nice, I would have liked to have more of it blowing a bit more directly on my face and not as much on the lower side of my cheeks. This may be an issue of my proportions, as I am on the thinner side with longer hair. Sitting down, this is not as much of an issue. Speaking of hair, if you have longer hair that may cover the intakes, the airflow will not be nearly as strong as a unit with intakes near the ends of each side. I have curly hair that just perfectly covers the intakes if it is not put up, and the airflow is definitely less present. While the inclusion of the back air vents is nice, I feel that they don't provide much cooling for my back. Most of the time, the position of the vents is just too far away from hitting my back. I have slightly fixed this by putting some tape over the vents and making a gap to redirect the air directly at my neck/upper back, this works much better for me. This is nitpicky, but having the battery be displayed as a percentage instead of bars would be good for at-a-glance viewing. One final thing, the unit did not come with a case or bag of any kind. This was kind of a surprise at this price point as my girlfriends Torras 2S came with a very nice case (and was bought for less). Again, this is being picky but would've been nice to see at this price. If you're on the fence about the aice lite, give it a try for sure.

★★★★★ Worth every penny in extreme heat
I was honestly skeptical when I bought this because I didn't expect something this small to make much of a difference. After using it in real-world conditions, I can confidently say it absolutely works. To be clear, this isn't a miracle device. It's not going to make you feel like you're standing in an air-conditioned room when it's 90+ degrees outside. But what it does do is make a very noticeable difference in your comfort level. The real test came when I wore it to a FIFA World Cup match in Seattle. It was over 90°F with that sticky, humid heat that just drains you. Even in those conditions, this kept me reasonably comfortable. I was still hot, of course, but the heat was manageable. At one point, I took it off for a few minutes just to see if it was really doing anything. The difference was immediate. I went from "this is hot but tolerable" to "I am desperately uncomfortable" in just a few minutes. As soon as I put it back on, it made the heat bearable again. That little experiment convinced me it wasn't just my imagination. The battery life also exceeded my expectations. I wore it for about eight hours straight on the highest cooling and fan settings, and it lasted essentially the entire day. It didn't finally die until we were heading home on the train. So no, it's not magic. But if you're looking for something that genuinely helps you stay cooler, more comfortable, and less likely to overheat during outdoor events or in very hot weather, this is absolutely worth buying. Great performance, excellent battery life, and one of those rare products that actually lives up to its claims. Highly recommended.

Forget cheap neck fans, this is on a WHOLE different level. Perfect for brutal heat and humidity!
I got the device yesterday evening delivered from the US to here in Hong Kong a day earlier than initially provided – which was already a very welcome positive surprise! Just two days ago, the weather suddenly turned hot (30–33°C) and extremely humid (85%) — which is a real struggle for me, since I was born in a colder country. I sweat a lot without any aid (which is very uncomfortable), and my old cooling fan from China was barely able to provide much relief (well… it has 3 small Peltier elements but also cost only around 40 USD). So I went on Amazon to look for something better, and I found this product. It claimed to be a “personal air conditioner,” and to be honest, I was skeptical. But with a trip coming up and since they offered free returns — I figured it was worth giving it a try. And the verdict? It turned out to be an absolute lifesaver for anyone trying to survive in hot and humid conditions. There is NO comparison to any of the cheap devices out there (often without Peltier elements and just a fan) — this is a completely different league. if you like its like a Mercedes Maybach compared to a small middle class car.... Last night I went out to test the Ranvoo. It's lighter than I thought and no problem to wear at all. I was worried the collar of my polo shirt might block the air intake at the back, but there was no issue at all. The device actually performs better than I expected. I was out for 2 hours, walking both uphill and downhill. I brought along a 20,000 mAh Anker external battery to test how the Ranvoo handles operation while charging. Contrary to what I’d read, there was no drop in airflow power. It worked just the same with or without the external battery. What really impressed me is that it can run AND charge at the same time. After 1.5 hours on full cooling (C3, 16°C), the internal battery was down to about 50%. With the external battery plugged in, it continued working at 100% performance and recharged back to 75% in just half an hour. Honestly that is very impressive! In terms of cooling effect: under 33°C with normal humidity, it performs flawlessly. In high humidity, of course it can't eliminate the moisture in the air — but it still provides a strong and noticeable cooling effect. After 2 hours outside in this hot and steamy weather, it felt like being in 25°C with 75% humidity — which, for me, is still an acceptable and comfortable condition. Also worth noting: it’s quieter than expected, and overall just much better built and designed than anything else I’ve tried. So, is it worth the money? For me, absolutely yes. When you’re dealing with extreme weather day after day and still have to be outside, this isn’t just a gadget — it’s an essential comfort tool, Honestly, my only regret is not buying it sooner. Considering I’ll be using it daily for at least 6 months a year, the price is completely justified. PS.: I use a slim external 10.000 mAh for around uninterrupted 6-7h of operation at full fan speed and cooling capacity (16 degrees C). That is basically a full day. Should be a power bank that can deliver 15W - 20W at 5V - best brand is Anker.

Lightweight Cooling and Heating Companion for Personal Comfort
As a dedicated user of personal cooling devices, I recently had the opportunity to experience the AICE Lite, a versatile neck fan designed to provide comfort through both cooling and heating functionalities. In this comprehensive review, I will delve into its design, functionality, connectivity options, user experience, and overall performance. *Design and Comfort:* The AICE Lite, while compact, does have some weight to it. This weight is well-distributed and doesn't cause discomfort during use. The device's design includes adjustable arms that ensure a secure fit around the neck, accommodating various sizes comfortably. Despite its weight, the AICE Lite is designed with comfort in mind, featuring soft materials that prevent irritation, even during prolonged use. The fan blades are safely enclosed within the device, making it safe for use around children and pets. *Functionality and Performance:* The AICE Lite impresses with its functionality despite its compact size and weight. In fan-only mode, it delivers a steady breeze that effectively cools the neck area, making it ideal for outdoor activities, workouts, or simply navigating through hot environments. At maximum power, the fan can be somewhat noisy, which may be noticeable in quieter settings, although this is typical of fans with similar power outputs. Switching to cooling mode, the AICE Lite quickly disperses a refreshing stream of cool air, providing relief from heat during warmer seasons or environments. Extended use in cooling mode may cause the device to warm up slightly, potentially reducing its cooling efficiency over time. However, this can be mitigated by switching to fan-only mode intermittently to allow the device to cool down, which helps maintain optimal performance during prolonged use in cooling mode. Conversely, the heat mode delivers a gentle warmth that is particularly effective in cooler environments or during chilly evenings. It provides a dry warmth without causing discomfort, offering versatility in different weather conditions. *Connectivity and App Experience:* The AICE Lite seamlessly integrates with the Metaura app, enhancing user convenience by allowing control of various settings directly from a smartphone. The app offers intuitive navigation and enables adjustments to fan speed, mode selection, and battery monitoring. While the onboard display screen provides essential information such as current mode and battery status, it lacks touch functionality, relying on physical buttons for operation. Nevertheless, the Metaura app compensates for this limitation by offering a user-friendly interface and ensuring the device remains updated with the latest firmware upgrades. *Note:* The company behind the AICE Lite is actively working on a firmware update to address the slight warming issue that may occur with extended use in cooling mode. This update is expected to enhance the device's cooling efficiency and overall performance. *User Experience and Support:* The AICE Lite is supported by responsive customer service, ensuring users receive prompt assistance and troubleshooting guidance as needed. This commitment to customer support enhances the overall user experience, providing peace of mind that help is readily available should any issues arise during use. *Pros:* * Versatile functionality with effective cooling and heating modes * Comfortable design with adjustable fit for various neck sizes * Integration with the Metaura app for convenient control and updates * Responsive customer support ensuring reliability *Cons:* * Higher noise level at maximum power in fan-only mode * Device may warm up with prolonged use in cooling mode * Limited touch functionality on the onboard display screen *Conclusion:* In conclusion, the AICE Lite emerges as a compelling choice for individuals seeking a portable and efficient neck fan solution. Its combination of versatility, comfort, and performance in both cooling and heating modes makes it an ideal companion for various activities and environments. While it may have minor drawbacks such as noise levels and limited touch functionality on the display screen, these are outweighed by its overall functionality, adjustable design, and reliable customer support. Whether you're looking to stay cool during outdoor adventures or warm up on chilly days, the AICE Lite proves to be a valuable investment for personal comfort needs. Its user-friendly design, seamless app integration, and commitment to customer satisfaction set it apart in the realm of wearable cooling and heating devices. For anyone considering a practical and effective solution to stay comfortable throughout the year, the AICE Lite stands as a commendable choice.

Excelente producto.

Unbelievable Airflow, Cooling, Design and Construction
I have purchased 5 different neck fans within the past month for my family and had to return a couple that blew air directly into your ears instead of on your neck. One of the others was a cheap model but had the best airflow out of the bunch and blew cool air directly onto your neck. Had poor construction, but works well and my daughter likes it a lot. The fan I bought for my son has cooling plates on the front of the device with a fan that blows air on the back of your neck. I personally don't like the angle that the cooling plates grab your neck as it can feel a bit tight, and the airflow is not great despite having two fans and a vent port that is substantially smaller than other neck fans that blow air along the sides. It's a good device though. The reason I'm tellling you all of this is so that you know I have experience with different types of neck fans and have tested enough of them to be able to say what works and what doesn't. When I purchased the RANVOO AICE LITE Plus 2025 version, it was going to be for my wife and I. My kids will break or lose theirs and so I didn't want to dish out too much money for them, however, for my wife and I, I wanted something that worked really well. The price of this neck fan was a bit out of my comfort zone, and so I purchased one for my wife and I to share. After using the device for the first time, I was in absolute shock and awe. This device is the Rolls Royce of neck fans (and it can warm you up too). The quality is outstanding. The weight is substantial but not enough to make it uncomfortable to wear. It's balance is perfect and the way the sides move in to grab your neck is unbelievably comfortable. The cooling plates were cool to the touch without even turning on the device and when putting the device around my neck, there wasn't a single spot that didn't feel the significant level of cooling that can come from these plates. The fan runs along the top inner edge which prevents the air from blowing in your ears and directs it towards your neck, jaw and lower cheeks. It has the perfect amount of airflow and is very quiet even at the third fan setting. Even the hinge that connects the two sides so that you can position the arms of the device comfortably around your neck is surrounded by a rubberized material that prevents skin from getting pinched or hair from being grabbed. I haven't tried out the AI feature or the app yet, but I'm sure they're amazing as well. The overall quality of this device is beyond words. I don't usually write reviews but I had to let everyone know that this is the best neck fan they can buy and that they definitely won't regret this purchase and spending a little more for a device of far superior quality to the rest.
