AMAZINGLY GOOD!! GREAT INVESTMENT!
Is it expensive, YES! Is it worth it, YES! Does it do its job, ABSOLUTELY YES! I took this to a Yankee baseball in New York in a 100 degrees summer weather and I’m sooo glad I did. I had a brim hat, upf shirt plus this neck fan and i was cool while everybody was complaining it was extremely hot especially sitting on the bleachers. I wasn’t feeling anything except the humidity. My whole body was cool and love love love the 4 settings with different speed settings and the power to reduce the noise levels on this. I cant wait to try it in the winter due to the heating aspect of it. I love the fact, that you can charge it while wearing it so the battery will never die on you. It’s easy to use just make sure to download the RANVOO App and you’ll be good to go. It doesn’t pull my hair, it’s portable and adjustable and I’m in love. Also, I plan to take this on my Africa vacation so I’ll definitely update afterwards. My boyfriend tried it and loved it, we ordered the 2026 version for him so we can wait to try that one and compare. JUST BUY IT, SO MUCH WORTH THE MONEY!! GREAT INVESTMENT!!

★★★★★ Worth every penny in extreme heat
I was honestly skeptical when I bought this because I didn't expect something this small to make much of a difference. After using it in real-world conditions, I can confidently say it absolutely works. To be clear, this isn't a miracle device. It's not going to make you feel like you're standing in an air-conditioned room when it's 90+ degrees outside. But what it does do is make a very noticeable difference in your comfort level. The real test came when I wore it to a FIFA World Cup match in Seattle. It was over 90°F with that sticky, humid heat that just drains you. Even in those conditions, this kept me reasonably comfortable. I was still hot, of course, but the heat was manageable. At one point, I took it off for a few minutes just to see if it was really doing anything. The difference was immediate. I went from "this is hot but tolerable" to "I am desperately uncomfortable" in just a few minutes. As soon as I put it back on, it made the heat bearable again. That little experiment convinced me it wasn't just my imagination. The battery life also exceeded my expectations. I wore it for about eight hours straight on the highest cooling and fan settings, and it lasted essentially the entire day. It didn't finally die until we were heading home on the train. So no, it's not magic. But if you're looking for something that genuinely helps you stay cooler, more comfortable, and less likely to overheat during outdoor events or in very hot weather, this is absolutely worth buying. Great performance, excellent battery life, and one of those rare products that actually lives up to its claims. Highly recommended.

Forget cheap neck fans, this is on a WHOLE different level. Perfect for brutal heat and humidity!
I got the device yesterday evening delivered from the US to here in Hong Kong a day earlier than initially provided – which was already a very welcome positive surprise! Just two days ago, the weather suddenly turned hot (30–33°C) and extremely humid (85%) — which is a real struggle for me, since I was born in a colder country. I sweat a lot without any aid (which is very uncomfortable), and my old cooling fan from China was barely able to provide much relief (well… it has 3 small Peltier elements but also cost only around 40 USD). So I went on Amazon to look for something better, and I found this product. It claimed to be a “personal air conditioner,” and to be honest, I was skeptical. But with a trip coming up and since they offered free returns — I figured it was worth giving it a try. And the verdict? It turned out to be an absolute lifesaver for anyone trying to survive in hot and humid conditions. There is NO comparison to any of the cheap devices out there (often without Peltier elements and just a fan) — this is a completely different league. if you like its like a Mercedes Maybach compared to a small middle class car.... Last night I went out to test the Ranvoo. It's lighter than I thought and no problem to wear at all. I was worried the collar of my polo shirt might block the air intake at the back, but there was no issue at all. The device actually performs better than I expected. I was out for 2 hours, walking both uphill and downhill. I brought along a 20,000 mAh Anker external battery to test how the Ranvoo handles operation while charging. Contrary to what I’d read, there was no drop in airflow power. It worked just the same with or without the external battery. What really impressed me is that it can run AND charge at the same time. After 1.5 hours on full cooling (C3, 16°C), the internal battery was down to about 50%. With the external battery plugged in, it continued working at 100% performance and recharged back to 75% in just half an hour. Honestly that is very impressive! In terms of cooling effect: under 33°C with normal humidity, it performs flawlessly. In high humidity, of course it can't eliminate the moisture in the air — but it still provides a strong and noticeable cooling effect. After 2 hours outside in this hot and steamy weather, it felt like being in 25°C with 75% humidity — which, for me, is still an acceptable and comfortable condition. Also worth noting: it’s quieter than expected, and overall just much better built and designed than anything else I’ve tried. So, is it worth the money? For me, absolutely yes. When you’re dealing with extreme weather day after day and still have to be outside, this isn’t just a gadget — it’s an essential comfort tool, Honestly, my only regret is not buying it sooner. Considering I’ll be using it daily for at least 6 months a year, the price is completely justified. PS.: I use a slim external 10.000 mAh for around uninterrupted 6-7h of operation at full fan speed and cooling capacity (16 degrees C). That is basically a full day. Should be a power bank that can deliver 15W - 20W at 5V - best brand is Anker.

Would be perfect with some adjustments
I've had this thing for a few weeks now, wanted to use it a good bit before leaving a review. I have used it outside, inside, on hotter and colder days, etc. Haven't gotten into the heart of summer yet, but may update the review if my opinions change. Pros: The cooling plates on it get cold very quickly, especially if you are indoors or outside at a reasonable temperature. For example, if you are using this inside of a gym (assuming the air is at a moderate temperature), you will not likely need to use the cooling pads on their max setting. If its pretty hot outside, the plates still get cooler but the effect is less noticeable. It is still better than nothing and the air circulation will help out if its stagnant. Battery life seems to be good as well. I had it going on full blast (cooling priority in the app), for around 2 hours while cleaning out one of my vehicles with no issues or drops in performance. The battery was at one bar after finishing and only started flashing after continuing to use it when returning inside. If you need to use it longer on full blast, passthrough charging is an amazing feature and the cable included with the unit is easy to use while wearing it. (Make sure your power bank can output enough wattage and that it is a type-a port.) I like that the heat generated from the TEC is exhausted out the side. Have seen some other coolers with the TEC mounted on the back. While this would likely be fine standing up and moving around (without obstructions behind you), sitting in a chair with full back/head support could cause heat to build up. Having longer hair would also be an issue with the heat build up. The adjustability with the app is nice. You can get pretty specific in the "AI mode" with just using the buttons on the unit, but being able to go into the app and fine-tune the fan speed as well as the temperature is a bonus. Being able to independently operate those two variables is great, I don't see many other high end coolers doing this. (Note: the plates will not get as cold if you have the fan speed very low and the temp also very low. Heat needs to be exhausted for them to consistently cool.) Build quality feels good. The unit does not feel cheap and seems like it will hold up for quite some time. Cons: While the airflow is nice, I would have liked to have more of it blowing a bit more directly on my face and not as much on the lower side of my cheeks. This may be an issue of my proportions, as I am on the thinner side with longer hair. Sitting down, this is not as much of an issue. Speaking of hair, if you have longer hair that may cover the intakes, the airflow will not be nearly as strong as a unit with intakes near the ends of each side. I have curly hair that just perfectly covers the intakes if it is not put up, and the airflow is definitely less present. While the inclusion of the back air vents is nice, I feel that they don't provide much cooling for my back. Most of the time, the position of the vents is just too far away from hitting my back. I have slightly fixed this by putting some tape over the vents and making a gap to redirect the air directly at my neck/upper back, this works much better for me. This is nitpicky, but having the battery be displayed as a percentage instead of bars would be good for at-a-glance viewing. One final thing, the unit did not come with a case or bag of any kind. This was kind of a surprise at this price point as my girlfriends Torras 2S came with a very nice case (and was bought for less). Again, this is being picky but would've been nice to see at this price. If you're on the fence about the aice lite, give it a try for sure.

Premium feel, terrible performance
After seeing so many reviews of people temping the cold plates, I felt this would be a safe buy. It was not. My device never got anywhere near as cold as the other reviewers were experiencing, and that is only the start of the issues. All of this is very sad to say, too, as I think the design of this neck fan is wonderful. Aesthetically, it looks amazing! It fits on my neck perfectly and doesn't ever feel like it will fall off. The thing is downright comfy despite weighing a good bit. But there are more issues. So, the cooling plates. The BIG reason to spend this much money. They suck. They are genuinely the worst iteration I've encountered, which is saying a lot. There are 50$ drop shipped neck fans with cooling plates better than this. Though they will EVENTUALLY hit a low temp, the AICE plates, for whatever reason, take several minutes to actually get cold. For those unaware, that is not normal. The chill should be done in seconds. For whatever reason, be mine defective or not, it takes 3 minutes for the AICE to reach its lowest temp of around 63f. The Coolify hits that in about 5 seconds. This issue is two fold. It means that the moment I put the AICE on my neck, it is impossible for it to get cold again. That means that, even using it in a relatively cool environment, it simply lacks the power to get cold again. Indoor use? Poor. Outdoor use? Terrible. The cold plates on this thing are simply garbage. They will get cold once, if left entirely alone, and then never again. I'm not sure how people were hitting 55f on these things when mine only once dropped to 60 and then never again. Even if the cold plates DID work well, though, that leads to the next issue. The fan is terrible. Its lowest setting is almost as loud as the Coolify 2S Pro's highest. It sounds like living in a wind tunnel on its LOWEST, and the wind output is miserable. The back fan, which I love the idea of, doesn't touch my back at all. Even without a shirt. This is part of why this gets a 1 star. The fans are not only terrible, but do worse than cheaper options. I got this because I wasn't very happy with my Coolify. Poor battery, lackluster cool plates, and fans in my eyes. This product just showed me that I apparently lacked understanding on how baren the market currently is for good products with Peltier coolers. I really wanted to like this. It looks great, feels great, fits great, but simply sucks in use.

Great while it lasted.
This thing was a game changer... for exactly 30 days. On the day that the return window closed, it just quit. It was working fine one moment and entirely unresponsive the next. Now while it was working, it was pretty amazing. If you are doing something physical, in the heat, you can certainly outpace the cooling. But the second you take a break you can feel the cooling plates drawing heat straight off of your neck, pulling you temperature back down. Plus the fans are blowing a nice breeze behind your ears and down your back. The battery was good for about 4 hours at medium cool but you can hook it up to a small power bank and keep it going, due to the pass through charging. While it did not hold up well, the performance exceeded my expectations. But do get the extended warranty. I'm not sure if that only covers a single replacement or if they would swap it out everytime it broke down, but if it's the latter then that warranty is doing a lot of heavy lifting and is worth every penny. I may well order another one myself.

Amazing that this actually lowers the temperature! It's not just a fan; it's a high-tech delight.
Living in hot, humid, Houston, Texas, I'm a long-time portable fan user because I'm always overheating. I've owned and watched the evolution of the handheld fans with exposed blades, to bladeless, to misting options to the neck fans. Then the neck fans started to get the cooling plates. The Ranvoo AICE LITE MAX really is peak engineering in the new technology of electronically controlled cooling plates and fans. From my research, there is not a better engineered, higher performance or more attractive looking "air conditioning" neck fan available. While this doesn't work like traditional compressor-based air conditioning and cooling, which would be super energy intensive and really noisy, it does manage to electronically cool down the metal plates that sit on your neck and chill your pulse points. It's definitely noticeable and it works amazingly to keep you from feeling super uncomfortable from the heat. In my few weeks with it, I have used it mostly on brisk walks, on the treadmill and outside in 80 degrees. We haven't hit the 90s yet in Houston with high humidity but I'm hopeful it will help me bear the heat when I do have to spend a lot of time outdoors. Here are some thoughts on the quality and performance: Build quality is high-end. There are smooth seams, tightly put together, with quality smooth plastics and everything feels really durable. It's a really nice device; you can tell when you take it out of the box. The buttons feel good and don't accidentally get pressed when adjusting it on your neck. It fits nice and smoothly and comfortably on your neck. It never feels like it's going to fall off or cause aches from wearing it too long like some heavy over the ear headphones can The fan is effective, but it doesn't blast out air up in your like plain neck fans. The AICE LITE keeps the fan directed up and down your neck, very close to it. While it doesn't blast the air like a plain neck fan, it certainly isn't nearly as noisy as those, and it doesn't dry out your eyes and nose. The Ranvoo seems way more efficient using the fan plus cooling plates to cool you down. Even when I don't turn on the cold mode and use just plain fan mode on the AICE LITE, it still feels like the plates are cooling. The Ranvoo app gives you more control of fan speeds with lots of different steps and temperature controls. On the neck fan itself the buttons only go about 4 levels which is sufficient, but I wish it would allow stepless speed adjustment so I could get the precise amount of fan speed. The Ranvoo app lets you turn off the beep and the mode indicator light which is good as those can be distracting when you're around other people. It would be nice if you could choose a different beep tone, something lower and less electronic. Or just a much quieter volume level. The app also has a couple other modes you can't access from the fan itself, Silent, Hot Pack, Cooling First and Low Power which are kind of presets for Max Cool and Max Heat modes and then energy saver. I've played around with the heating mode and that is pretty amazing how quickly it works and how nice that feels. I can imagine using this in the winter or when I have a headache or neck/shoulder pain. Battery life. I have had good but mixed results because I have been playing around with lots of different speeds and temperatures. So far, it's been good for 3 hours or so on fairly cold. It would be interesting if the app could calculate an approximate run time based on the temperature and fan speed that you have selected. I use a nice USB C charger and it consistently charges at 11w which is good. From empty, it also takes almost 3 hours to charge. When I use AI mode, and a mid-range temperature like 75F, I get way longer battery time. I think that might be the way to go to get the comfort you want without quickly depleting the battery by always choosing 61F. Ever since getting it, I have been using it at least a little every day when I get a hot flash or doing something active. I really like this AICE LITE so much that now has a permanent place on my shelf always charged and ready to go. Bonus tip: you can also use noise canceling ear buds with no music or podcasts playing to cover up the fan noise for an even better experience.

The Coolest Gadget of 2025: RANVOO AICE LITE Plus
The RANVOO AICE LITE Plus 2025 is easily one of the coolest pieces of wearable tech I’ve picked up — literally. The moment you turn it on, you get this instant rush of cold air that feels like stepping into a perfectly air-conditioned room. The “Ice Triangle” airflow design is no gimmick; it wraps cool air around your neck and shoulders in a way regular fan systems just can’t touch. Battery life is fantastic. With its 6000mAh capacity, you can run this thing all day without babysitting the charge. Even better, it supports fast charging and works flawlessly with a power bank, so you’re basically never without cooling when you need it. Comfort-wise, it nails the balance: lightweight enough to forget it’s there, powerful enough to feel immediately refreshing. The whisper-quiet mode is great for work, travel, or any indoor setting where you don’t want anything distracting you. And the smart features? Genuinely impressive. The auto-adjusting cooling feels like having a personal climate system that adapts to you, not the other way around. And the best part: it also doubles as a heated neck wrap when it’s chilly. One device solving summer and winter is a win in my book. Overall, the AICE LITE Plus 2025 feels like a premium, futuristic upgrade to daily comfort — sleek, reliable, surprisingly powerful, and easily one of the most satisfying “why didn’t I buy this sooner?” devices of the year. If staying cool (or warm) anywhere, anytime is your thing, this is absolutely the one to get.

Excelente producto.

Pleasantly Surprised
I wanted to share my experience with the RANVOO AICE LITE Plus 2025 neck air conditioner, which I recently purchased to help with excessive sweating during the hot summer months. In the past, I've tried other neck fans, but they unfortunately just circulated warm air. I also found that while some models with built-in AC cooled my neck, they still blew out warm air, which wasn't very effective overall. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the RANVOO AICE LITE Plus 2025. The air it circulates is noticeably cooler, providing instant relief from the heat. I also appreciate the accompanying app, which works smoothly and is very responsive. The battery life has been quite good for my needs. While it can be used while plugged in, I've noticed it performs best with higher wattage chargers. Overall, I'm happy with the look and feel of the device; it definitely doesn't feel cheaply made. Although it's a bit more expensive than other neck fans I've considered, I believe the performance and features make it a worthwhile investment.

It’s not worth the money.
It works, but it's not worth the money. It's useless in Dubai in the summer

Amazing and helpful!
Wow! This item definitely feels new and helpful! The cooling/heating works in seconds! A very underrated part of this item is how hot it gets at its highest setting! The heat is very relaxing and I can only imagine how it will help come the winter months! The app works very well, provides you with many options. You can also use the item without the app but I find the app worth using since it provides additional flexibility (can adjust temp as little as 1 deg at a time and adjust fan speed more). My favourite options are also the coldest and hottest the item gets: - 16 deg C Cooling with/or without fans which makes the plate that sits on the back of your neck and around cold - 40+ deg C Heating no fans plate heats up (max is 50 but it gets very hot at that so maybe only go that high if you're wearing it outside in the winter or if your skin is already cold at least be very cautious). The important part of this item is that you can keep it connected to a power source such as a power bank to help keep the item juiced up. This is a great option on the go since I do like working the item on its coldest and hottest settings. One tip is to move the item a bit to the left or right after a while to get the part of the cooling plate that hasn't been on the back of your neck on it so you get an additional cooling sensation. The item adjusts well on your neck and has fit the neck of everyone I let try. It's definitely a discussion starter when you're with your friends/family! If you're just chillin you can also put the item on your arm/shoulder/leg but mainly for and because it's so nice I just keep it on my neck. I'd imagine it could help soreness with the cooling/heating plate? You can also use it as a desk fan; put it in fan only mode and place it and you can enjoy cool air. The item is also lightweight; I've worn it for long periods (I want to estimate 30-60+ min?) with no neck pain or soreness. Just remember when you first get the item: - fully charge it before using (charge it for 6 hours). - use it when desired but don't charge until the battery dies - fully charge it up 0-100%; do this 5 times so 5 full battery cycles before using the item while charging/charging when desired. This will help keep the battery optimal from the start. So basically this item will help you feel cool/warm! I'd imagine this could help people who are sensitive to the hot weather/humidity and help keep them cool so they can go out and do things. Winter isn't here yet so maybe it could do the same for people who are sensitive to the cold? We will have to wait and see. Highly recommended!
