It's a shame you can't see whether the ammonia is being broken down to a level where even cats can't smell it. The spray scent is too strong for me to use right before sleeping, but I love how well it eliminates the urine smell!

I have an older cat that seems to be rebelling and causing "accidents" on any blankets he sees my other cats lay on. Nature's Miracle Cat Stain and Odor Remover works wonders. No smell left behind. This is easy to use, it sprays easy and the dry time does not take too long. This product does have a scent but its not too harsh. I have subsequently purchased more just in case we have more accidents.

So happy I bought this! I used the blue light flashlight to find where my cat sprayed then I sprayed this cleaner on the entire area and let it sit for 15 mins before wiping it off and the smell is completely gone. This has a nice light scent so it also made my apartment smell fresh. Highly recommend for cat owners. This was the first time my cat ever sprayed so I was surprised and the smell was lingering which to me was disgusting.

Worked well on carpeted area in closet that my cat was urinating on due to stress. He hag as thoroughly saturated the area so I had little hope of removing the smell. I sprayed this product, let it stay and air dry, repeated three times and smell was completely gone. Once the smell was gone my cat stopped using the area to urinate. Problem resolved. Very happy. Will buy again.

Completely got rid of the stain and smell

We have four cats and probably could not survive without this product. *If used properly* it really does totally eliminate urine odors. For rugs/carpet, you need to soak the spot with water first and blot the water with a dry rag to pull out a majority of the urine residue before treating with Nature's Miracle. On other surfaces, you should clean off as much urine as possible before applying this product. I use this as a refill for our various spray bottles as well as our homemade litter boxes with a bottom receptacle for urine (and Nature's Miracle). The smell of the product is fairly strong, but it isn't a cloying sickly-sweet scent like many products. The odor vanishes within a day or so.

DO NOT USE ON POLISHED TIMBER FLOORS. This product, although it says not to use on untreated timber floors, it has stripped the polish off the surface of my hardwood timber floor. I now have a dull area where I had sprayed this product onto my rug that was over my timber floor, It soaked through the rug and onto my floor which is now ruined.
