The cooler works great. I am very pleased. As noted in other reviews, the product comes nicely packaged and complete with easy to follow detailed instructions. I purchased a similar product from a different vendor and this was not the case. One small discrepancy with the description. The gel pack bottle is only 2.5 inches wide, not 3 inches. So the storage capacity is less than I expected but still sufficient for my needs. I put the cooler through its paces this weekend and had no problems. Great price. Very versatile. Would definitely buy again if I lose this one.

Ive had this insulin cooler for about 6 months and only used it once. It stops getting cold and it makes a loud humming noise. I had put my insulin inside connected to the charger and when I checked an hour later it the temperature was at 95 degrees. I had to throw my insulin away. Very disappointed in this purchase as I needed something for my travels to keep my insulin safe.

Update: the seller and I resolved my issue with this product. It became clear that the seller is reputable and wants satisfied customers, which I am now. If I had looked into it earlier, I would have seen that they offer service after the sale and I could have taken advantage of that before writing my earlier review. The product does fill a need and I hope it is very successful. As I mentioned in my earlier review, it worked fine for my first 5 day trip, which was critical because there was no ice available. It just chugged away while attached to 5 volt power bricks. I am going to bump my review up to 4 stars now that my issue is resolved. Worked fine for first 5 day trip. Even passed TSA after being asked to open it up and show what was inside (kind of a pain to open for that purpose while holding up passengers in the line). Electric cooler stopped working on second day of second trip just 3 weeks later. Too late to return for a refund (of course). I handled it with kid gloves, so it did not fail due to abuse. It was a great idea but failed miserably on reliability . Of course, it can still be used as a cooler with the frozen ice pack, but that defeats the purpose of being able to use it long term via battery power when a frozen pack is not available. It's no better now, than a simple, cheap, ice chest. This purchase can be coded as $128 down the toilet. I DO NOT recommend it. Buy at your own risk.

This product keeps your meds cool in three ways: insert a frozen pack, plug into USB port or plug into power pack. On a recent trip I found the second two methods invaluable. Overseas travel with lots of hotels, does not lend itself to freezing tubes. I did experience a minor issue with the power pack, but the company's customer service was so great that they stayed with me until I was completely satisfied. Absolutely no hassle either.

This unit works great and the company paid close attention to details! Packaging was superb and it came with everything you need for a long trip. A carrying case, batter with cable, freezer jell case, two small med bags to put your med pens into, and a cleaning brush. Very impressed!

stays cold in the car not too big

The right-angled USB-C charging cable included with this cooler worked for only two weeks before failing. The contacts in the connector must have been damaged or were making poor contact, which caused the cooler to power-cycle rapidly (on/off every millisecond). When I returned, I found the cooler malfunctioning and completely off. The temperature numbers were faintly flickering a faint red ring was also flickering around the display. Upon plugging it back in, the temperature on the display read 80°F, I opened it up, and it was actually much hotter inside. I am so upset. This failure completely RUINED my expensive medication, costing me a SIGNIFICANT amount of money. Extremely disappointing! To make matters worse, I cannot find any direct contact information for the manufacturer. I’ve emailed the seller and will update if I hear back, but EVEN if they respond, they cannot replace my medication or reimburse me for the real loss. So... Idk. I had high hopes for this product, but given this failure, I cannot recommend it.

Buen producto aguanto mas de diez horas que yo necesitaba, y el refrigerante aun estable, solo el cable fragil se me daño

Hay que leer el instructivo y con ello asegurar su eficiencia.

Lo acabo de abrir porque me voy de viaje en dos días y no enfría ! Llevo dos horas y la temperatura no bajo . Bajo hasta 26 grados centígrados y de ahí sube otra vez en lugar de enfriar.

La verdad está excelente mi insulina se mantiene fría en todo momento todo el día
