Ideal to change into your routine
The pudding makes a tastier option to high protein yoghurts. The chocolate tastes rich but not too sweet, it has a really mouth feel rather than being chalky. It's fresh and keeps well in the fridge. Its an ideal alternative for when you'd like to have a dessert

Naughty but nice.
20g of protein in this delicious, delicate & indulgent chocolate mousse. As I’m on a high protein diet, I don’t feel guilty. I tend to consume it 2 halves as it’s quite a big tub. The pudding is also nice but the mousse is so light & airy. These are part of my weekly shop now. If you need to increase your protein intake & love chocolate you must at least try it. It’s a tad expensive but most definitely worth it.
