These insoles fit perfect in my tennis shoes. I thought I would need to cut them but I did not. I used the size chart provided. So far they feel comfortable. I mainly got them because it stated it helps with mild to moderate pronation. I love the arch support that it provides. The insoles were good but didnt work for me

I’ve been using these for a while now and they are great. I make it a point to swap them out for a fresh pair every year to keep the support consistent, and it really makes a difference. These were actually recommended to me by my podiatrist to help with my foot health, and I’m glad I listened. They are durable, comfortable, and do exactly what they need to do. I had terrible pain for two weeks and these were the only insoles that helped me. They are a little more flexible than the standard pinnacle insole, but thats because of the extra cushion. They fit perfectly in my shoe and it took about a week to break them in but my feet no longer hurt. Will buy more when I can.

My podiatrist recommended these. I love them. My two daughters also work standing long hours and I have purchased them for them as well. They love them. Support is vital. I have fallen arches and very bad chronic pain in my feet.
