For more than 2yrs i struggled with severe constipation and my stomach was as big as a woman who was 3 months pregnant, i got a hold of this product in January of this year and it has changed my life. It works , my stomach is back to normal and i am finally getting restful nights . I have been taking it along with husks powder and because my case was so severe i also added a stomach cleanse. What is so cool about this product is the fact that it softens the stool and trust me you will wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet which i love because if you use regular colon cleansers you have to wait till morning to poop and even then the poop might not be that much. this product will release a lot of poop and i am so glad i found it coz i was so tired of using miralax to soften my stool. This product works !!!!!!!

I don’t know if they have upgraded the taste or not. But, this tastes completely different and to be honest I kinda don’t like the new taste. Hence, it works same.

Good for stomach

Why is no one talking about how it smells like cow manure and tastes like straight garbage, my whole house filled with the smell, I took three gulps of it, the smell felt like it took over my nose and i puked it all out, there is no way im ever going to drink that again, there are other teas that do the trick - this is the worst thing i’ve ever done for “health”

Kayam is a very good product. I make sure I have it in the house at all times.

Reasonably priced for a pack of 2. It typically contains senna leaves, haritaki, ajwain, black salt, and mulethi (licorice). It is usually taken at bedtime with warm water for morning relief. Side effects were bloating after consuming. Taste was nasty but I was willing to keep taking it for the benefits. Was gentle on my stomach apart from the bloating. It was not effective for me even after using it as described.

It was almost chook by throat, not recommending for eating with spoon or sallow. Working efficiently is slow.
