I am an adult and so I was sceptical to order these knowing they are made for tiny ears; but they aren't too tight on my earlobes at all. I ordered the 6mm size for myself and I think they are perfect for 24/7 wear, which is what I bought them for. I have very sensitive ears so I needed something that would be high enough quality that I could leave in for extended periods of time without worrying about infection or irritation. The packaging was also super cute and could easily make for a lovely gift. Will update as time goes on! UPDATE: I have had them in for just about a month now (since I got them) non stop (in the shower, swimming, at work, on trips, etc. and I love them just as much now as when I got them! They haven't irritated my very sensitive ears AT ALL and they look great for 24/7 wear! They also don't feel too tight on my earlobes either!
