I bought another brand ($13, you get what you pay for) before this bathtub accessory and it was really bad. terrible suction and kept falling off the shower walls. also, the design was bad and even if it would stay on the wall the soap fell through the rack repeatedly I got this brand in august 2019 for $25 hoping it would work better... and was shocked by how good the suction and metal construction was. Fantastic product! holds soap, shampoo, razors Ect. securely. I have put 6 28oz bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the big rack and it is ROCK solid without any worry it might fall off the wall. AIN'T GOING IT HAPPEN. I think it might be able to hold a 26 Lb turkey but I don't need a turkey in the shower. LOL. get this SANNO shower caddy. you won't be disappointed! (I am giving an honest, unbiased review and get no money for reviewing this or ANY product. I just review products I LOVE or hate and I LOVE this one)

I stuck mine up myself. No tools necessary. 1+ years ago. Haven’t fallen down once and they are FULL. Still look brand new.

I needed nice looking, drainable hooks and holders for my shower. This set is perfect and holds all my bottles, soaps, razor, glove, poufs, etc. The suction with a little tackiness, attaches and holds well. It's very supportive for the weight. I wouldn't try to hang off or hold onto it for safety, but the big rack will hold the weight of about 6 normal size shampoo/conditioner bottles. The stainless, shiny finish also looks very nice. I have Prime so, mine got here in less than 3 days. It would be within 2 days, but we live in a town that takes an extra day of shipping to get here.

Update.. ** one of suction cup attachments failed and everything came crashing down into the tub last night. The plastic screw knob looks like it just broke off. ** Update 2.. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me replacement parts! Excellent customer service! There is another brand that is about $10 more expensive as these. The only difference is that the black suction cup edge is hidden on those. So if this will bother you, you may want to buy those instead. With that being said, these are high quality and they still well to our tile bathroom wall. They were also easy to install!

These are amazing! I've ordered earlier from their brand and was amazed by the quality of the products! I have a few of these on tile as well as fiber board surface. Work like a charm and are easy to move around if you want to change the location. Once I put them in a place for months and changed it later and it did not affect the suction power. Will definitely recommend!

It's difficult to believe that these will work, but they do. Read the instructions. The important thing is to tighten and tighten some more. And then, we even tightened again. Ours have been up for several months. They are completely full with product and they are incredibly sturdy. Inexpensive, sturdy, and attractive. Love. EDIT: we loved until the day one fell down, hit the handle for hot water in the tub and we came home hours later to find the hot water running all that time had created a steam room that took hours to clean up and dry. Oh well.

It lasted 5 hours.. everything going ok, it arrived the next day, the delivery was annoying he handed my package to a random person in my building so I had to go hunt it down but that’s another conversation for the amazon delivery people. Finally i got my package, it was bigger than i expected which was a plus in this case, I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND FOLLOWED THEM TO THE T DURING THE WHOLE INSTALLATION PROCESS. I was on the phone with my mom that told me leave it there overnight before you put any weight on it, so I did instead of just the 2 hrs that it says in the instructions. AFTER I WAITED I put my stuff in it and I was all happy and proud that it was so easy and it looked so cute, but then it all went to down. In the middle of the night which woke me and my baby up. And I woke up to this **see picture above**.. And yes what you see in the picture It’s all I put in it 1 bottle of shampoo 1 bottle of conditioner 1 half used bottle of body wash a comb and a loofah, I keep it simple. I am so disappointed. Trust your instincts people... I wish i had.. this type of products never work, spend the extra buck instead and go get something that actually is worth your time and money and It’s not going to let you down in less then a day.

Item is exactly what we were looking for. One shelf only came with 1 suction piece. Unfortunately, I was unable to just get that piece sent out but was given a refund. Now I will have to reorder.
