I was so pleasantly surprised. They have a nice crunch to them. Their texture is great. They are dry but that is to be expected with dried coconut. Their quality is great and they are a good value for the money, also this is one of the only companies that would ship to a po box. I have ordered more a lot more and have now set up the subscription. I have used them with a homemade candied nut mix. As well as by themselves. I have been doing the keto diet and I feel like these are the perfect snack high in fiber only 2 carbs per serving. I just put a small amount in a cup and then put the bag away so I don’t over snack.
