This jam is a total game-changer! I put it on rice cakes with PBfit and it tastes incredible—like a healthy PB&J but without all the sugar. The forest fruit flavor is super fresh and not overly sweet, and I love that it’s keto-friendly, low calorie, and vegan. It’s hard to find a good no-added-sugar jam that actually tastes good, but this one nails it. Definitely my new go-to!

I’ve noticed some companies have keto certified label on their products. This one kinda makes me nervous, but seems okay. The only issue I have with this particular product is it is too runny for my liking. I like’em thick n juicy. Lol

I am consistently on the look for Keto products especially sweet products like jam. I found that many products labeled as "keto friendly" still have a high amount of carbs and/or sugar. The Good Good brand not only has the lowest carbs it is also one of the tastiest. At 1 net carb it's very Keto. The flavor is great and doesn't have any chemical type taste some low sugar brands have.

If they thicken it up some it will be great. Now it's just another stevia product out there only because it contains stevia. In other words it's not like sugar based jelly or jams or spreads, it isn't thick enough, it's kind of watery. I hope they figure it out because it could be a hit.
