Much cheaper than buying and maintaining a second guitar
I don't need to put aside a guitar for every single drop tuning any more. I've since had to stock only a single string gauge for each scale length, which has simplified my life no end. Love this. I'm not playing along to Korn, 12 Stones, Nirvana, and Puddle of Mudd at the push of a button. No switching guitars and no floppy bottom strings! Latency is negligible. No digital artefacts.

For less than 7k worth every buck.
Has a good power supply unit ( with 2 adaptor pins depending upon your socket). The video is done for the E string only & seems like it does the job its intended for. Packaging ought to have been better though. They should have bubble-wrapped the box. Luckily I got my pedal devoid of any physical damage.

Absolutely brilliant !
Brilliant pedal. Does polyphonic drop tunings really well too . Very inspiring . Got it at approx 10k on Amazon which I think is cheaper than USA .

Great product, terrible packaging.
(PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING BEFORE MAKING ANY ASSUMPTIONS) Review of the package: The cardboard box which the pedal came in looked like it had been stored in shelf for the past 10 years. its is torn is multiple locations with unsuccessful attempts at fixing the tears with tape. This does not help the fact that the packing of the box was a thin sheet of plastics. That's it. No foam, no bubble wrap, NOTHING. I was already worried about the quality of the product since I got it for 7.2K when it was marketed at 32K and the initial packaging sacred the living hell out of me. BUT The inside of the box looked pristine. It looked like nothing has touched the inside since it was originally packed. The pedal had no defects on it, the power adapter's box also looked brand new. So maybe it was just the way it was stored that made the outside look like it was thrown off a cliff. Review of the product: This pedal is amazing. There is no doubt in it. I am primarily a bedroom guitarist so I am not experienced enough to know how this will fare in a live setting. This pedal can downtune your signal without you downtuning the actual guitar to 7 semi tones (so, if you have a guitar tuned in standard E, you can tune it down to D# standard, D standard, C# standard, C standard, B standard, A# standard and A standard. If you are using a guitar tuned in Drop D, you can tune it down to Drop C#, Drop C, Drop B, Drop A#, Drop A, Drop G# and Drop G.) (You can achieve even lower tunings by using this pedal on a guitar with an a lower tuning than the standard E) (NOTE: YOU CANNOT USE THIS PEDAL TO TUNE FROM STANDARD TUNING TO DROP TUNING, SO THIS PEDAL CANT TURN YOUR STANDARD E GUITAR INTO A DROP D GUITAR. YOU CAN ACCESS LOW DROP TUNINGS USING ANOTHER GUITAR WHICH IS TUNED TO DROP D OR ANY OTHER DROP TUNING.) Pros: 1. There is negligible latency while using the pedal. The only time you notice is when you are on the lowest tunings and even that is evident only while recording (which is nothing editing cannot fix). 2. It has great tuning stability, i.e even on the lowest settings, the strings don't sound out of tune. 3. It is a godsend for guitars with Flyod Rose rose or any other floating bridges. You will never have to worry about setting up your guitar to a different tuning ever again. Cons 1. It does not run on batteries as it needs an external power supply (for which an adapter is provided with the pedal with 2 types of plug connectors). This is not that big of an issue, but can be hassle if you are playing live and have to compromise on power outlets. 2. On any tuning below 4 semitones, the tuning starts to sap a little bit. It sounds a little muddy at times. But even the sap in tuning is not to an extreme degree where it becomes unbearable to listen to. ONE FINAL THING. I tested this pedal on two amplifiers, the Marshall MG15(a beginner amp) and the Boss Katana MK2 100(an intermediate amp). The pedal showed more consistent results (tone wise) with the Boss Katana than the Marshall (this is probably due to the difference in the quality of the speakers, the power output, etc). Hence, I would advice people to use this pedal with a good amplifier or cabinet. TLDR: negligible latency, minor tone distortions on lower settings, easy to set up and use. I would highly recommend this product for its current price.

Adaptor Included was Missing !!
The Box clearly says the adapter is included. and also it is mentioned in some reviews for the product within the amazon listing. The corner of the box were damaged, and the Box was not seal packed. When opening the amazon delivery packaging which just a bubble wrap over the box which i would say was quite secure. However, was disappointing to see the box without seal opened and the adapter missing. Felt cheated !! It even looks like it had been used also. For this price of almost ₹18k/- i was not expecting such bad and incomplete and missing part delivery. Yea the pedal works perfectly fine. But the missing components and open box was really really bad !!

Just a dream come true for owners of guitars with a floyd-rose
the heading says it all. I am just having a blast with the pedal. I don't have to spend hours setting up my bridge to play linkin park, slipknot, beartooth and the likes. just a turn of the knob and the tone drops with no loss of tightness and clarity. I do recommend two things 1) this is not a pedal for silent practice amps. at lower volumes, it plays with your mind if your actual guitar string ring at a different tone than the amp 2) please ensure your string tension is optimal, otherwise the pedal will suffer some tracking issues but that is completely understandable as it is not the pedals fault. Minor thirds do sound saggy nevertheless

デジテックすごいぞ!
とても使いやすい! 半音からオクターブまでピッチをダウンできる。 音量こそ少し下がってしまうが、音色にはあまり影響がない。 迷っているのなら買うのをお勧めしたい。

Fast shipping, well packed and works perfectly. It's a very sturdy pedal.
This arrived with a multi-plug power supply to suit your local power point style. This pedal allows me to explore low drop tunings on my guitar without having to do a lot of messing around with extra-heavy string gauges, adjusting my truss rod, re-cutting the nut and having to retune so much between different songs. With The Drop - I stick my guitar in and easy DropD - then can do everything between that and DropA with the turn of a knob. The only "downside" is I need to have the amp up loud enough to cover the acoustic sound of the strings/guitar. But if you are into low tunings, I don't see that as being a major problem. (Or use headphones from your amp)

Surprisingly Good
This is a surprisingly good stomp box. Well packaged, very well priced, sturdy construction, easy to use, and comes with its own 2A, 9V DC power pack. This is useful given that the Drop draws a fair amount of current; although sitting in Position 2 on my pedal board, directly after my Boss Tuner, the TU-3 can provide the Drop with the required power. Oh, yeah; and it's also a true bypass pedal i.e., it will sit connected on a pedal board with no power and still allow a signal to pass clean through it, unprocessed of course. As one of a range of Digitech "whammy" pedals, the Drop seems to be the best option for a guitarist (or bassist) who needs to detune to a lower standard tuning, quickly and easily, whilst, of course, not actually retuning their guitar (or bass). I've now had the opportunity to test the pedal extensively and, as a guitarist and bass player, I can provide the following assessment; all based on a lot of Rockdown home use and at a series of band rehearsals. First up, it's not for those who expect sound perfection (and neither you should at this price). I found that the Drop can transpose pristine clean guitar and bass tones but, if you listen closely, there is definitely a loss of sound quality. However, this varies depending on the sound. I think that this is a matter of personal taste but IMHO such expectations should be aligned with significantly more expensive equipment. Indeed, as the Drop has no perceptible latency, some sound deterioration is inevitable and, from what I can tell, "Nobody Knows" you are even digitally dropping on the fly (just you!). However, the chances are that you are a guitarist (or bassist) who is playing with a certain degree of bite, grit, dirt, overdrive, distortion, "scream", fuzz, etc. If so, this little stomp box will probably exceed your expectations; as it certainly did mine. Simply put, in terms of sound quality, I could Drop my guitar by a semitone (Eb) or a tone (D) and the "new" standard tuning sounded great. Then it was down to C and "baritone" B, again with very satisfying results. It goes a lot further but I can't say that I tested these lower registers to any great degree (although I am sure that they will be fine). Note: the Drop allows you to change standard tunings (e.g., E standard to Eb standard, etc.), but will not cope with alternate tuning changes (e.g., E standard to the equivalent Drop D). If that's what you need, buy a Variax. Finally, and being a bass player, first and foremost, the most impressive aspect that I have encountered to date, was during my band's final pre-pandemic rehearsal in 2o2o. To the best of my knowledge, the Drop is intended for use with a guitar, not a bass (for which there is a blue Whammy). However, on this particular occasion, the Drop was playing host to my bass playing (which, being "rock" influenced, has a little dirt in its tone). In essence, I decided to Drop a few tones, on the fly, and play, as if tuned to my usual E standard. Hence, I played a couple of tracks in "D" and finally in "C". Not only did my fellow band members fail to notice anything "out of the ordinary" but personally, I was seriously (and I mean seriously) impressed with my bass tone. In summary, unless you are a perfectionist (in which case you are looking way below the required price point), this is a remarkable little pedal; if, that is, your requirements, as a guitarist, are to Drop a standard tuning both quickly and easily. And, as above, if you are a bass player with similar requirements, then this is a stomp box that is well worth looking at. In summary, HIGHLY recommended. ~ Notes ~ [1]: IMHO, the Drop is for use in a live environment where on the fly standard tuning changes are required. [2]: However, I wouldn't use it to record and it is certainly not a substitute for carrying say three quitars tuned to E, Eb and D standard. [3]: Similarly, if you are constantly playing in lower registers e.g. Eb standard down to B standard, get yourself a 5-String bass or a Baritone guitar (as needs must).
