Refurbished not worth the money
The one I got was worse than the one I was replacing. It was very dirty and does not print clean copies no matter what we have tried. I learned my lesson to not buy refurbished.

Prints great
Color and quality looks great, fast, network and duplex capable. Easy to set up in our network environment in a domain. Not sure why the other reviewer is complaining about toner costs, this printer is enterprise class, for small office. not really for personal use. Toner costs don't matter, company pays for it!

difficult to setup, faulty out-of-paper error, faulty jam error
I rarely write reviews, but I want to help you out. Don't buy this printer. It feels like i stepped back 10 years in technology. when it's working, it prints fast and crisp. but it was VERY difficult to setup. Not at all user friendly and i'm pretty techy. It wasn't clear to me that it didn't have wifi. i figured that out later and bought the wifi adapter. now it's reading that it's jammed, but i've taken everything out and no jam. before that it was reading out of paper... if i filled the paper all the way up it worked but if it was 1/2 or less it didn't. i did the firmware update (also very difficult), and no help. i'm working with amazon to return this 65lb paper weight.

$1000 replacement Cartridges!!!!
Please be aware of the cost of replacement cartridges is $1000. I purchased 3 sets of low cost cartridges and none of them worked, so you will stuck with HP new cartridges to maintain print quality. Good printer, but the cost of replacement cartridges makes it a very poor choice.

Prints Beautiful, High Cartridge Cost 4x$120, Cannot Refill Cartridges. Game Over No Thanks.
"Help retain the Original HP quality you paid for with anti-fraud and cartridge authentication technology." Translation: The high cost of this printer is not the first screwing you are going to take, it will be the gift that keeps on giving with four $120 cartridges, and don't even think of refilling them." They print beautiful, I have one at work, but been there done that bought the tee shirt.
