Good quality stamped steel. Replaced a 35 year old rusty grimy grill, that was not worth cleaning. Important overall 9 3/4 inch width. (height is smaller). The screw holes are exactly 9 inches apart, measured center-to-center.

Item is of good quality but I had to return. Size noted is misleading as it is overall much bigger and would not fit. I needed 4 inch height and it was more like 5 1/2 inches in height. I needed it to fit under a caninet in a toe kick area therefore looking for a size in outside dimensions when searching. Both sizes should be noted clearly in search effort.
