Polisport 90716 Restyle Plastic Kit - OEM Color

Great fit, looks awesome. Exactly what my son expected. My only complaint is the box was not covered when it was shipped. The box is branded and shows exactly what’s inside. The box was delivered to my house and my son saw what it was. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

The stock plastics on my 2002 YZ250 were mismatched, faded, and scratched/bent. This upgrade definitely updated the look of the bike and made it look much newer. I can’t recommend this enough to any older YZ owners.

Have to modify front fender holes on 2004 YZ125. Otherwise great fit.

I liked the way it looked in the packaging clean sharp to bad after you do all the fitting they say to do and the $:&* still don't fit no I have nothing for my bike cuz I tossed out the old stuff my dumb:"$ fault I would give it 0 stars bit I had to put something there

I liked that the kit came with the air box, washers for the shrouds, and heat shrink for the side panel. What i didn’t like is the lack of instructions in general. The plastic is definitely not OEM quality. My left shroud came in damaged and doesnt fit correctly

At first I wasn’t sure if it was in fact Polisport instead of some knockoff brand. It is real Polisport, and it comes with the new 2015-2021 style airbox. This fit my ‘07 YZ250 great. You have to re-use some clip nuts that are on the old airbox, and some of the metal grommets from the rear fender, radiator shrouds, but this has everything to make your bike look like a 15-21 YZ250. It doesn’t come with fork guards though

Really looks good on my 04 YZ250 2 stroke... air box was included also which made it even better

I had to drill new front fender holes - piece of cake - almost all of it fit perfectly together except one side panel wanted to keep popping out of the 3 plastic clips but some bending and wiggling kept them in place. Overall VERY happy with 100% of the service from ordering, shipping, to install.
