Will this fit a 34 mm away bar?

Yes. If you go to MOOG website and type in this model number, it says 34mm. I think a standard 1500 is 32 mm, Z-71 package is 34mm and the 1500 HD is 36mm. I have a NBS 07 1500 z-71 4x4, and this is the one I ordered for my truck.

Fits a 2008 Chevy Silverado 4WD with 34mm sway bar. Not terrible to install if the bolts don't give you any trouble. i put anti-seize on bolts before reinstalling. Do make sure to measure the size of the sway bar before ordering.
