Not sure if there's a catch, but of the three brands I've tried (all of which popular on this site), this is the least expensive by a wide margin and also dissolves the best (note that I generally dissolve it in warm beverages like tea or coffee, so can't speak to how it does in cold liquids). I've read some reviews saying the provided plastic scoop doesn't measure the 5g it claims to measure, but I've yet to test that.

Priced well per serving, take it daily works great. Go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. When I first got in on it saw a difference within 30 days.

This is great, I mix this into a morning smoothie, protien drinks, or even sunny d and don't taste anything. It dissolves pretty easily with 0 taste or grain.
