These vitamins have been a solid addition to my routine. They’re easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed I feel less sluggish throughout the day. Quality, taste good, very nice

This Opti-Men multivitamin from Optimum Nutrition is an absolute beast when it comes to ingredients—36 active ones in total. It’s clearly designed for men with active lifestyles, and I’ve felt a noticeable difference in my energy levels and overall recovery since adding it to my daily routine. As a busy dad who tries to stay active and hit the gym when I can, I like knowing I’m covering all my bases with something that’s built for performance and health support. The inclusion of vitamins D, C, B6, plus amino acids, really makes it feel like more than just your average multivitamin. Yes, the tablets do have a bit of a strange smell when you first open the bottle—not gonna lie—but it’s nothing unbearable and didn’t put me off at all. You get used to it quickly, and for the amount you get in this massive 180-count bottle, it’s great value and saves you having to reorder every month. All in all, this is now my go-to multivitamin. It’s effective, well-formulated, and built to support guys like me who are juggling life, work, kids, and workouts.

As a student... heating is limited.... vegetables are limited.... sleep is limited.... So I needed a way to somehow regain a little bit of health so I wasn't getting ill allllll the time. That's when I found these. From the day I started taking them I just generally felt healthier, as if the spring had sprung back into my step. Now I'm actually a fairly fitnessy person so I do understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle! I am not saying these are a miracle pill that you take and you never have to sleep or eat again. If you take these will a balanced diet and are good to your body in general, you will feel a boost. If you just neglect your body completely in the way that I was, don't expect all ailments to be cured, that isn't the intended purpose. It's a supplement for a reason, to supplement an already healthy lifestyle! The biggest boost you can get is to look after yourself. I would fully recommend these as a general multivitamin, and also as a sports multivitamin! P.S When I first started buying them, they turned my urine an incredible neon yellow colour. This was not due to dehydration so don't worry if it happens to you. However, the formula seems to have changed and that no longer happens.

Great product but the packaging sucks. takes up more space than it should. the bottle is not even half full. I sent everything to a much smaller one.

Worth the money

I’ve bought Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men more than once and use it as my go-to men’s multivitamin to support an active lifestyle and regular training. What I like • Good value on Subscribe & Save – I pay around £22 for the 180 count tub (one-off purchase is usually a bit more). • Lasts a decent amount of time – recommended 3 per day, so 180 tablets = 60 days (about 2 months). • Reputable brand – I’ve used Optimum Nutrition for years (protein/creatine etc.) and this feels consistent with their quality. • No issues for me personally taking them as directed (I take them with food). Worth knowing • The tablets are on the large side. I’m fine with them, but if you struggle swallowing big tablets, you may prefer taking them one at a time (morning/afternoon/evening) or splitting if needed. Overall, a solid, reliable men’s multivitamin and excellent value on subscription. 5/5 from me.

I really feel a difference in these. Let's me just jump straight out of bed in a morning instead of laying there wanting to go back to sleep. It says to take 3 per day but I'm active with work and the gym but no athlete so I just take 2 per day and still feel the benefits

This product from UK appears to be different quality to the same name brand (differing quantity though) as shipped from the US. Lucky I had an old bottle to compare the contents with, but the US product seems better.

Très bon multivitamine, complet et bien dosé. Je l’utilise chaque matin et j’ai réellement senti une amélioration de l’énergie au quotidien. Les comprimés sont un peu gros mais faciles à avaler avec un verre d’eau. La formule est riche en vitamines essentielles, minéraux et extraits végétaux, ce qui en fait un bon support général pour le sport, la récupération et la vitalité. La digestion se passe bien, aucun effet secondaire pour moi. Le flacon se conserve longtemps et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Après une semaine ,pas de changement, ni d'amélioration, ça ressemble plus à un placebo par rapport a ce qu'ils disent sur leur produit.
