how often do you have to apply?

The label says: "Treat Every other week. Use 6 drops per 100 gallons of water. Use to prevent mosquitoes from breeding in small water gardens and other areas where standing water accumulates." There is no mention of treating daily. It's once every two weeks. Using it daily would kill everything in your pond. "Mr or Ms. Amazon Customer" who answered earlier saying to apply it daily most likely is mistakenly answering a question regarding some other product, or, they find some sick humor in causing people to kill all their pet fish. This product is toxic and must be used in accordance with instructions on the label.

Is this a liquid or powder? One picture shows both liquid and powder, but the other just shows powder. The customer review refer to a liquid.

I got the powder yesterday and was hoping that I will get the liquid too.

How is this product for dragonflys that I do not want to kill?

This might help you, it's from Wikipedia word for word regarding the primary ingredient of this product: "bacillus thuringiensis israelensis", (Bti), is a group of bacteria used as biological control agents for larvae stages of certain dipterans. Bti produces toxins which are effective in killing various species of mosquitoes, fungus gnats, and blackflies, while having almost no effect on other organisms. Indeed, this is one of the major advantages of B. thuringiensis products in general is that they are thought to affect few nontarget species." It doesn't mention dragonflies or other critters that lay eggs in water. It won't harm the adult dragonflies but I'm not sure the eggs that adults lay in treated water would survive to become adults.

Is this product a liquid?

Mine came yesterday and it’s the powder form. I was hoping for the liquid instead.
