I am nearly 78 and have finally managed to stand up on a paddleboard. The floats are a bit fiddly to get just right but once done they are released using the top strap. The underside straps are left and this makes subsequent fittings much easier. Progress is a little slow due to drag but the stability is great. A couple of times my paddle hit the front of the float on that side making me wobble. I found that increasing the length of the paddle by 10 cm helped. I am hoping that after a few goes I will be able to discard the floats.

Never been able to stand up on my paddle board until I got a set of these. Gave me so much confidence. A definite must have if you struggle with balance.

Got it to placate the missus to let me take our kid paddling. Will never use. Instructor for 7 years. Good to keep you from flipping, nightmare to learn paddle strokes, how your board works etc.

Good idea to have it but try to find different manufacturer company, this was useless after 10 minutes. Air gone. Poor quality. Waisted money. But first 10 minutes really different is big, paddle bord was much more stable.

I'm what you'd call a "nervous paddler." I've only had to use these a few times to help me gain the confidence to get up and going. And I'm the kind of person who gets nervous climbing ladders...and I'm paddleboarding. They've done the trick, and are being kept should I have a wobbly kind of day.

Initially loved this. I like paddleboarding and am stable on rivers and lakes but I cannot stay upright on the sea. First time of use this gave great stability. Second time of use one side tore open on the sea and filled with water. Just more terrible, badly made junk selling on this site.

I trained Grand dog Nathan how to ride my paddle board. First get the dog on board then you're self. What a tussle! Next hold the dog and reassure (hug)that this is safe. When the dog is calmed completely, paddle around the shore a bit. Finally, row to shore and let the dog walk off the board. Park the board in the water at the shore. Wait for it because the dog will walk onto the board and take a nap. My grand dog loves his life jacket and paddle boarding around. Nathan weighs one hundred pounds so I needed stability I could trust. The pontoon is stable on the board. Nathan can't flip the board as I discovered when he then we first got on it. What a struggle we had but now it's smooth and easy. This whole first experience took less than an hour.

We recently bought an ISUP, our first one. We enjoy going together on 1 board but were looking for added stability so we could comfortably move around on it and not tip over so easily. These stabilizer definitely do the trick. It adds roughly 6 inches more in width and that makes a huge difference. The added resistance is minimal and most definitely worth it. It's easy to install and fills up in a few breaths. The valve ensures we get as much air into it as possible and we always top it off before getting into the water. The thickness of the vinyl is about average for an air mattress, more than a typical water toy. Would definitely recommend for those looking for added stability.
