Works great, easy install, easy filter change.Faucet developed a slow leak (above the counter) where the long faucet stem meets the base when on after about 8 months, but contacted iSpring and Julius in their customer service promptly sent a replacement.

I had a problem with the water connection valve blowing out the line that feeds the filters. I came home to a big flood and it was not pretty. I blame it on a faulty or cracked part . It held for a few days without a leak and the let go with water gushing out for hours. I contacted the company and Julius sent out another part and some free filter replacements for my trouble. I hope no one else has this problem but at least the company did something to make it right.

We have had this system for nearly 4 years and its been great! the filter sprung a small leak and we got in touch with Sean at I-Spring and he sent out a full replacement immediately. I'm pretty shocked they sent us a replacement no questions asked after so long. The customer service with I-Spring is phenomenal! Thanks for your help Sean!

Having grown tired of constantly refilling the Brita, I went with this filter and honestly could be happier. We’ve been using this for about the last year and have no complaints. I should say, our municipal water is not awful straight from the tap, but this filter does a great job smoothing out the taste of the water. Installation was a little tricky due to a small under sink cabinet but love that it also feeds my fridge ice maker. I’ve been replacing the filters every 6 months. Very satisfied.
