Support Sucks
Nice little Dishwasher, however if you need any support for anything good luck getting it. I got mine in February 2025, and in December 2025 the power button got stuck and will not pop out. Since it was past 30 days it’s not an Amazon issue. Since it’s under a year old it’s not covered by the extra coverage I purchased. Getting ahold of Black+Decker to report this is impossible. Called the phone number I was given many times and all I got was no tech available leave email, phone number, name, they NEVER called back. Go to website they want a credit card before they will give you help on a covered product WTH. I will never get another one of these!!!!
