I have a new pair of 16" motorcycle boots i bought through amazon. they bleed color badly! is there a way to set the color permanently?

Not sure what you mean by "bleed color". Assuming they arae black I can tell you that dyed leather will shed some color naturally but it doesn't bleed. The question would be if the material is leather. If they are new and you haven;t worn them, return them. If you have worn them, consult a shoe-repair shop. They have magic processes, You could also check in with a leather store like Tandy or someone local to you or on the internet. Best I can do and best of luck.

What would the calf diameter be for 11 w shoe?

My calf is 17 1/2 inches and 11W fits very tight. Need to stretch it out more before I can wear them for very long at a time.
