I rarely see results with supplements whether it's creatine or whey protein, etc. even if it's over time since it either happens too slow for me to notice or it just doesn't work. Ripped Fuel however, works. And it works fast. I saw the actors on the miniseries Generation Kill take these like candy to stay awake/alert and so I did some research into these, and gathered that it helps you burn fat but contains caffeine, so I was originally under the impression that it also acted sort of like a mild preworkout. After realizing how to properly take these, two weeks later, I've lost 6 lbs. I'm 5 ft. 10 in. and was at around 165 lbs. - not much fat but my belly fat kept me from seeing my abs since high school. I take one either right before eating or right after and it's since then melted most of my belly fat off my body. I've changed my diet while taking these and also work out more intensely, for longer periods of time and it has shown. I look at the scale and it says I weigh less. But I look in the mirror and see myself getting bigger, leaner, with less roundness around my stomach area (what little fat I had, it was still less than 90% of others my age).

I am about to buy my second bottle of this product. So far, it seems to work pretty well. I take just one pill a day which is less than the suggested amount, but I can tell that I have more energy after taking it, as I tend to feel a bit more tired on the days when I forget to take it. I feel like I have more energy to put into a workout after taking a pill and my body feels a bit warmer and easier to break a sweat. I have been trying to lose just a few more pounds to get down to my goal weight, but have seemed to have plateaued a bit. After the first few days of taking this pill (just one a day), I was able to drop an extra 2 pounds, which seemed too good to be true. I am going to keep taking them to see if the progress continues, but so far they have increased my energy and I have noticed an increase in ability to lose a pound here and there.

I've taken this on a few occasions to cut up or to quickly slim down for an event or vacation or military weigh-in's. I have noticed I can't sleep if I take it too late in the evening. It has a good dose of caffeine. I try to have my 2nd pill no later than 3:30pm. This allows me to be in bed by 10:30 or so. I have never noticed it, but my wife says my body is crazy hot when I take this stuff. She can't even cuddle with me at night. Lonely. :-( haha, but I love it. I'm burning fat even while I sleep. I've taken it in conjunction with exercise, and without. I'll share a little about both: With Exercise: Doesn't really give you a crazy boost of energy for a workout, but it did give me durability. I knew my limit, and when taking 5x, I could go well beyond it during my workouts. Maybe some would consider that energy. Also, I sweat much more during my workouts when taking this. I know there is an awesome thermogenic blend in this pill- and my body reacted to it great! Without Exercise: We've all done it. Take a thermogenic pill or a diet pill and not exercise. Don't judge me. Honestly, I've only done it with this pill because it's so natural (minus the caffine). Even without much exercise, my natural body temperature sky rockets and I burn fat and start seeing my abs. Great pill all around. DOES NOT SUPPRESS APPETITE. So you will still need to exercise self-control.

I really like this and have been using it for over 3 years. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to look for an alternative, as the price of this just keeps going up. To make matters worse, the amount that comes in the container, 40 tablets, does not cover a full month supply, as the standard dosage is 1 tablet, twice daily. Therefore, the amount per bottle should really be 60, not 40. It's always been this way, but up until this started going up in price, (almost weekly, it seems), I looked past the tablet amount; but I really can't afford to do that anymore. So unless Twinlab increases the tablet amount per bottle to reflect the actual standard dosage amount for a full 1-month supply, I can no longer justify paying the ever-increasing cost for this product.

Works great! Have been using this stuff for years. It sucks that most stores dont have it anymore. I have to order it off the internet now....so be it! With how good this works, I'll keep ordering it! No crash, or jitters. Do take it with a meal though for the first few weeks. It can give you somewhat of a pit in your stomach if you dont drink a glass of water or eat something with it. Gone from 267lbs to 209lbs on this.
