Did not notice a difference
I was really hopeful after reading reviews but I did not see or feel a difference. Pills are easy to swallow and no after taste. A person probably has to take this product every day for months/years before feeling good but the price is too high for me to do that.

I switched from an ashwagandha only supplement to this and noticed a difference the first few days with an increase in focus and energy throughout the day. I think it can take a few months of taking a supplement to notice the full effect, so I may add to this later.

Health benefits and performance it does a good job. When I don't take it I real feel awful but when I do take it I feel good and healthier. It mat cost more but to me it's worth it 👌. 🤠❤️
