Value for money and does the job! At the price I was not expecting a super quality product and it is not. Think of this as buying a base model of a phone or car with extras in the price. Individual switching and having eight as well in one place has at last solved the annoying problem of finding the correct charger for the increasing amount of devices and tech we now all own...simply plug all the chargers in and when you need to recharge bring the device to what I now call my 'CHARGING STATION' and switch on. 'Simples' no more panic finding the correct charger or forgetting where you left your phone for example on charge. As a fan of all things 'Black' it is aesthetically pleasing something I never thought I would apply to a trailing socket and the green indicator light monitors its functioning in the background unobtrusively. I will be buying more of these to tidy up the mish mash of trailing sockets and plug extenders I have accumulated and bliss to have switch-ability at a very reasonable price. Delivered by Amazon logistics quickly but in a box which was two thirds fresh air. Please be greener Amazon!

I'm very happy with my Status 1 metre 4-way extension cable. I was getting fed up with constantly having to plug and unplug the DVD player so it's nice to finally have a power strip with switches and switch off certain devices when only watching the telly but still remain plugged in. Thank you Status.

Works well if your electrical item is an ordinary sized plug. I bought this for purpose of powering a WiFi extender unit (the design of which had the "electrical plug") all moulded as one unit. The unit is so big that it covers the switches. Luckily I have small fingers small enough to reach a switch without pulling off the WiFi Extender first, which was the main purpose of buying this extension block with switches.

Excellent anti surge extension, and I really like that all the plug points have their own on/off switches.

Individual switches do not iluminate as shown in pictures not happy could have ordered without illuminated switches much cheaper

The extension plug works fine, but on the picture it shows a light on the switches that the final product does not have. It is an inconvenience as you do not know which is the on or off position ,I will write it down ,but it does not match the description.
