Where is the waterproof cover? I cannot seem to find it. Please send amazon link.

The cushion was not wet after the rain here in North Carolina. I did have my wife make a cover for it 1/2 thru the season just because I added about 1/2 foam to the cushion. Without the addition I still have found it to be dry. Take a couple of paper towels and use them to wipe off the seat before you actually sit on it. I hope this helps you out.

Whats the filling? Memory foam or what?

It’s a high quality open cell upholstery type foam. Memory foam actually gets hard in below freezing temperatures.

Does this also come with the back rest piece?

It comes separate. If you search slumper buddy backrest it should come up.

First is this pad really worth paying $80? Also is the rain cover meant to be kept on, if so can it keep the pad in good shape season long?

It is worth all of $80, the only 4" thick seat available and ships to you for free. Your bottom and back will thank you. The rain cover is great if you are going to leave it in the woods all season, keeps the weather and animals off of it. Just take the rain cover off when you get in the tree and put it on when you leave.
