Good flavor. Great to take on the go. High sugar though. Rehydrates you pretty good so effectiveness is good. Value is pretty good too.

I buy a lot of Gatorade in another color. I never seen the white until recently. I decided to try it. When it arrived I put them in the refrigerator. The next afternoon I grabbed one and went outside to mow the lawn. It was hot. And I was thirsty. It opened easily, did not spill when I put the cover back on. I like the smaller ones because I have small hands and it’s easier to hold on to. The flavor surprised me. It was delicious. I bought more yesterday. I like the variety of flavors. How easy they are to carry , store well in the refrigerator and on a shelf. Gatorade keeps me quite hydrated, does what it is supposed to do. So it’s effective. Perfect for children and adults , anyone with small hands or just want a small amount.

I searched for 12 oz bottles all over the grocery stores…. Seems like the popular ones are the larger sizes. I tend to like this flavor and really am happy to find a 12 oz bottle of 12 all the same flavor-and for a great price.
