## Questions & Answers

**Q: How does the top-down heating keep my candle looking neat?**
A: The lamp heats from the top down, melting wax evenly across the surface so the candle pool stays flat and smooth throughout use.

**Q: What size jar candles are compatible with this warmer?**
A: The adjustable height fits jar candles up to 8.0 inches tall and 4.7 inches wide, accommodating most jar candles including three-wick options.

**Q: Can I control how strong the fragrance is?**
A: Yes. The 7-level dimmer lets you adjust brightness from 0 to 100%. Higher brightness melts wax faster, releasing a stronger, more intense fragrance.

**Q: How does this warmer extend candle life, and how long is the cord?**
A: No open flame means less wax is burned away, helping your candle last longer. The 1.5m (5 ft) power cord gives you flexibility in where you place it.
